You can live in this blame the coach you don't like for everything skit.. But when the film matches exactly what the players and coaches said that happen it isb't coach speak.. Donte admitted he wasn't playing the man and had his eye in the backfield.. That's not coach speak.. No coach wants a player to question accountability of other players... So that can't be coach speak.. It was clear a few players got over there head and starting going rogue and Reddick is calling it out.. That's players not bad coaching..

Like the fact that Reddick confirmed it was a player execution thing and not a coaching fault.. I knew I saw DB playing with their eyes in the back field and not on their man.. LB running pass the RB missing tackles..

I agree with Gentleman years but Fox was only saying that his final year when they Drafted Pickles.. Othet then that it was clear Fox Philosophy of not liking rookie QB was instituted.. Because they never drafted a top rated QB and only got Vets.. Also it was clear Fox didn't like drafting offensive players in General.. You can see during his Tenure it was rare to get a highly drafted offensive player other then Olinemen and RB... Marty was here for most of these years and there is no way Marty had final say until 2010 draft..
