The context here is this team needs consistency and competence in coaching.. The 1st time they actually got that they were competing for a playoff spot after a 1-5 start.. This team doesn’t need to learn another system and another philosophy until they can show they can build off the one they have now…

Because this team needs experience not another person trying to figure out how to do their job.. This job shouldn’t be a redo.,
