  1. This is the problem ppl go either to far right or left.. Day 1 contributor?? What ?? Dude barley played the position in college..
  2. Just being honest.. It’s hard talking myself into this pick.. I’ve watched some of his tape and the athleticism at the combine gets masked over by the sheer struggles at not knowing what he’s doing and constantly being in the wrong place.. He is a 25 year old project at this point.. jmo
  3. GRADE: 6.2 (High-level Developmental Prospect, 5th round) OVERALL RANK: 167 POSITION RANK: EDGE18 PRO COMPARISON: James Smith-Williams
  4. 80) CAROLINA PANTHERS: EDGE DJ JOHNSON, OREGON PFF Big Board Rank: 237 This is one of the bigger reaches so far based on the PFF big board, with Johnson coming in at 237th overall. The Panthers are taking a swing on Johnson’s athleticism on the edge (4.49-second 40-yard dash at 261 pounds). He’s a 24-year-old prospect who recorded fewer than 50 career pressures on 786 defensive snaps in college
  5. Me too I just can’t talk myself into understanding it.. Trading up and getting a developmental project that’s 25 years old already??? I don’t get it..
  6. Yannick or Floyd And Peters or Roc-sin
  7. I hope so.. I like Mingo but I’m not sure he is starting this season..
  8. This ^^ they got caught thinking Young would fall to them.. And panicked when he went early..
  9. Pretty much what @MHS831 said… The WR pick cost us a starting edge in the draft..
  10. There is no way he’s starting.. Get ready for YGM because this guy is rotational at best.. It’s okay to be optimistic but don’t go overboard..
  11. Good list .. I really wanted to get a TE out of this draft but CB and Oline depth are bigger needs now..
  12. We agree again.. When we went WR it cost us a starting edge player.. They really liked Mingo I guess..
  13. Carolina Panthers: D.J. Johnson, DE, Oregon - C+ Grade Carolina's pass rush was weaker last year because it lost Haason Reddick. D.J. Johnson could help in that regard. He's a raw player, but has very explosive ability. I love the upside, but I don't see why the Panthers needed to trade up for him. He easily could have been available in 13 selections.
  14. He has been PFf main draft guy for years being a sarcastic prick ain’t going to make that not a fact..lol
  15. Renner is 1 of the best in the business if you don’t know him I’m sorry..
  16. 80. Carolina Panthers [TRADE]: DJ Johnson, EDGE, Oregon Grade: C- The Panthers needed another complementary edge rusher but man, this feels like a reach. Johnson is a great athlete who is still learning how to play LB. but he has all the tools to make it work.
  17. 80. Carolina Panthers (from Steelers): D.J. Johnson, EDGE, Oregon Grade: C The Panthers were good to think about getting a power-based complement for Brian Burns. It’s an average move because Johnson is more of a mid-Day 3 pick than a late Day 2 one.
  18. They literally kept shitting on this pick 5 picks later.. lmao
  19. No. 80 Carolina Panthers: DJ Johnson, OLB, Oregon Grade: C Johnson is a bull rusher with a ton of power and strength, but lacks technique and fluidity. Of course this sounds like a lot of players at this point in the draft, but at 24 years old already, he’ll need to show he can improve quickly.
  20. Analysis are seriously saying we are doing a favor to the Johnson family making this pick!! wow lol!!
  21. The total disgust they have for this pick is funny and frightening at the same time..
  22. 1.10 time stamp not very enthusiastic..lol “biggest reach in the draft” undrafted fa grade.. wow
