After Farve put them thru atleast 3 years of I'm retiring drama.. And wasn't coming off of back to back Mvp performances.. Rodgers wasn't going to retire and at the end all this was is a more money and commitment play.. Not the same situation..

Again Darnold had 3 years of proof which most of us said.. Love has 2 games of playing time.. How is that the same??

But out of every trash QB other then Watson you bring up.. Atleast Love hasn't truly been giving and opportunity.. He has only started 2 games in his short career.. Just because Greenbay doesn't want to give up a 4x MVP yet doesn't mean the kid sucks..

Saints didn't recognize how good Delhome was, Tannerhill, Shabb in Houston, Hasselbeck in Greenbay there is more history of this happening then you would like to admit.

Jmo I don't think the compensation could be much anyway considering he was a late 1st rounder and has little to know playing time film to boost up his value.. If we're not over bidding ourselves like we did for Darnold.. I don't expect more then giving up maybe a 3rd rounder..

Greenbay is close to a championship and might not be ready to start over.. Let's also remember Atlanta knew about Farve and gave up on him with little to no playing time..

Risk reward is low in this situation.. Depending on the compensation to get him..

Again let's be a little bit fair here he has only started 2 or 3 games in his career and wasn't giving the chance that Darnold got.. We don't truly know what he is or his talent level..

Should be cheap to get.. Still on a rookie deal and Physical talent is up there with any QB in this draft.. I would love to see Mcadoo's opinion of him before his draft..

What would it cost to get him from Greenbay?? I think he is better than any QB in this draft and young enough to start a rebuild with...

Cam, Mahomes. Herbert, and Watson all got better with accuracy... I think it's more about the passes you asked the QB to make consistent then just a talent thing..

Rodgers and Wilson both have incredible arm talent...

That's not really the comparison.. Ole Miss vs Liberty is team comparison not 1 player.. In the NFL he would have more of a chance to have equal talent surrounding him most Sunday's.. Then Liberty will have ever vs a SEC team..

His only year out of 5 that was a good QB season. ..

All the QB you name were younger and way more talented... And please stop using Burrows as a template.. Burrows transferred from another program before he got his start and his 1st season in LSU was 16 tds 5ints with 7 rushing tds before he blew up his final season.. Pickett was at the same program 5 years was the starter all 5 and was 12-7 13-9 13-9 3 years before he had a good season.. Not the same player or same situation.. Side note... Burrows also got the small hands hit.. But he didn't hide them or come up with some dumb thumb excuse about it.. .

But as a scout is it smart to exclude 4 years of tape because 1 season he turned it around??? I'm sorry I like trends and historical projections and I've never seen a guy go 4 season as a late round draft pick prospect to 1 season top 10 and he stays that same player.. Especially when that player was at the same school and the starting QB all those seasons.. No transfers or major injuries preventing his growth.. No he just got good the last year he didn't have any eligibility left.. hmmmm

Which 4 out of 5 years says "no he ain't got it".. That's the sad part..

Most smart teams use late round picks on players with major red flags like (injuries, off field issues, physical talent but never did anything in college) not a long snapper.. The only way to make this move sane was having him replace JJ because JJ is at the end of his career and they can't even do that right.. Smh lol
