The small QB thing is gone when you have Baker and Kyler going number 1 and both barely 5'9 (kidding on Baker but he is short) .. Howell will shine on pre draft private workouts because he has a very good arm.. Ppl will excuse his down year due to his loss of talent on the roster.. He can run (1,000 yards rushing this year) so that will entice OC that love running RPO's.. And most teams will go and watch prior years tape and love him...
