Correct. I think the poster meant he is a fellow Latino. That is a cool aspect of this hire. Coach Canales seems to take that to heart and cherish his role as someone who can be a role model in that regard.

Listen to Bucs media and players and you’ll feel pretty good about the hire. Canales has some elite traits in communication, motivation, and attention to detail according to them. -

I heard him called a non-stoner Mike McDonald. Brilliant mind and very personable. I’m very intrigued. What he did to the Browns defense was impressive. That said, I don’t understand the lack of interest in Harbaugh, other than Tepper being an idiot.
