You’re correct, it’s just every hire he makes or picking Bryce, that’s what we heard a lot about. Meanwhile Steichen performed poorly in his interview and turned out to be solid. I know what you are saying and I agree, my statement seems odd, but every time I hear Tepper is blown away, it’s always being blown away by poo. I don’t know about his mechanics, but Tannehill improved when he went to Tenn. also, when Josh Allen started out there were many that though he was a bust. I remember watbb cb king early games he had accuracy issues. Then BOOM, he’s all pro.
