  1. Yes our WRs should be drastically improved with the additions of Johnson and Legette. Remember, we brought Damiere Byrd back last year looking for some speed and he promptly got injured and never played a game. Johnson gives us the route runner and separator we desperately needed. And Legette had the second most 30+ yd catches in college last year. And they’re both fast. We have better pieces and they complement each other. We won’t have to rely on slowass Mingo and Thielen taking 10 seconds to run a 5 yard route anymore, and we can tell TMJ to kick rocks we don’t need him slowing down for a walk in the middle of a route this season.
  2. Didn’t catch it but I usually avoid watching him. Can’t stand the guy.
  3. Who are your winners and who are your losers so far? Here’s mine: Winner: Chicago Bears. To be able to draft your QB #1 overall and then immediately add a top 10 receiver is just hard to say anything bad about. We don’t need to comment about how they were able to do it, we all know. Winner: NE Patriots. It would have been dumb to trade this pick with Drake Maye available. They did the right thing and took who I think is every bit the prospect that Caleb Williams is. Winner: AZ Cardinals. Getting Marvin Harrison Jr. at 4. Come on. He could be a #1 overall in many drafts. Winner: Colts. Who’d have thought you’d be able to select the first defensive player in the draft at #15? Winner: Xavier Worthy. Can’t ask for a better situation to go to as a WR. Winner: Carolina Panthers. Got their guy and the 5th year option for the swap of a 5th and 6th rounder. Now have a pick in every round! Loser: Drake Maye. poo roster with an unproven defensive HC. The least set up for success of all the first round QBs. Loser: Atl Falcons. Yeah we may all look back in a few years and say “Genius!” But for now, you just gave a QB a huge contract to win now and you did nothing to help your team win now. Loser: Kirk Cousins. Dude’s gotta be scratching his head. Probably pissed. He wants to win in the twilight of his career and his new team just drafted his backup in the t10. Loser: Denver Broncos. Panicked and reached. You can see Payton’s arrogance with this pick.
  4. He definitely butchered a few names, including LeeeGAT.
  5. The only real reason was to get the 5th yr option.
  6. Well I guess they just did the swap of the 5th and 6th to get the 5th te option. 5th and 6th rd are crapshoots so it seems fine. Legette scares the heck out of me with his bust potential. I was hoping for McDonkey there because I think there’s no way he fails even if his upside isn’t as high, but I guess they felt his skill set was redundant with Dionte Johnson on the roster. One thing is that Legette definitely stretched the field more in college and that is something we needed.
  7. We can’t have traded much just to move up one spot.
  8. So we are guaranteed one of either Mitchell, McDonkey, or JPJ. That’s a win.
  9. Well I guess my Dallas drafts a center and Buf drafts McDonkey theories are still alive.
  10. Oh are the picks spoiled? What # you on? Just let me know if the Panthers don’t trade up into the end of the first so I can get to bed lol.
  11. I’d be shocked but who knows I’m pretty much batting .0000
  12. Curious if Cowboys go JPJ now. I thought Barton was their guy.
  13. These fugging assholes. The Bucs pick has been in for like 10 minutes just get on with it. Draft lasting until midnight is dumb af.
  14. I think McDonkey and Mitchell will definitely be gone plus another, possibly Legette.
  15. So many of these teams coming up could go WR. I think at least 3 more come off the board before 33.
  16. Barton to Cowboys was my lock of the draft, now I’m screwed!
  17. No clue. But to be clear I want Center and WR at 33 and 39 in whatever order makes the most sense when the picks come up.
