Picking and choosing what games you want to argue means nothing to me. Those four games are what you cling to because they are truly the only numbers that work in Richardsons favor. The only one upset here you is little man. Sorry not everybody loves a QB prospect that hits one of two throws. And I watched plenty of Florida this year to know blaming your receivers is an extreme cop out. But don’t forget! Those four games!

They both play in the SEC. They both play an ACC team to end the year. I don’t need to pick and choose different games to fit my argument. I have 12 games to look at. Four different times this year Richardson couldn’t complete 10 or more passes in a game. Not one, not two, four. The boards sudden obsession with him is truly one of the more mesmerizing things I’ve seen on a sports message board. There is no stat or combination of stats that says he’s going to be any good at the next level. He’s athletic and has a big arm. He’s also barely completing half of his passes.

Hopefully we don’t take either. Although I fear it my be the case with our cake of a schedule remaining.

Here are the stats of the guy you guys are slobbering over Here are the stats of the QB this place whines about most often He’s only beaten in accuracy, yards per pass, touchdowns, and rating. Things, you know, you look for when drafting a quarterback. When we draft a QB, I can only hope this place is upset about it. It’s at that point, I know we have found our man.

Lol I guess that wasn’t too long ago. Here is the last time I mentioned anything. I won’t defend Levis against the other two, but I don’t understand the Richardson stuff. Us UK fans haven’t had a ton of QBs to root for after they get out of college. Definitely a tad biased.

Do you have a post from me saying this or are you just making this up? Last time we talked about this subject I was very clear I’d take Stroud and Young over Will.

I haven’t advocated for him to be taken in the first round one time. I would take him a million times over before I took Richardson.

This is a reason I’m for Fitt sticking around for the next coach. We have done really well in the draft recently. I never understood why he got so much crap, it was clear to me our problems started and ended with Matt Rhule.

If you are advocating for him to be drafted in the first you’re blind. He’s awful. If you’re not, I wouldn’t consider that “backing” and I would be confused as to why you’re quoting me. I didn’t even realize Florida fans liked him until these threads started popping up.

Preach. These dudes backing Richardson truly have no idea what they’re talking about. Florida fans need to worry about keeping their players out of jail, not whether their trash QB gets drafted.

Those bums at Kentucky embarrassed his gators. The only bum I saw on that field played QB for Florida.

You keep bringing up Levis. I will keep watching Richardson struggle to do what is needed of QBs. Complete a pass. He’s got 5 with 6 minutes to go. I pray we do not end up with this kid.

He hasn’t completed a pass since the second quarter. He’s your boy but it’s okay to admit he’s not a great QB. And I have already stated multiple times I want Young or Stroud.

Richardson is 5/17 for 151 right now. Pass.

This really shouldn’t be a big deal at all considering this is Will’s second season starting. Let’s not act like he’s been doing this four or five years. That’s just not correct. He was a backup at Penn State before transferring to UK. He still has a ton of upside and room to get better.

Yea, it’s bad. Worst line we’ve had in years

This is kinda what I thought. One of my good friends is a Florida fan and he can’t stand AR.

You can chalk it up to me being salty because I definitely am. I don’t think Levis is getting a fair evaluation this year. But context is important. Levis shot up draft boards last year with his ability to make plays with his legs as well as throw it anywhere on the field. He lost his OC to the NFL (our new one is trash) and you can’t run on a bum ankle. Not to mention our line is pretty bad. The Panthers, on the other hand, don’t have that issue. Don’t get me wrong. I would take Young or Stroud any day over these two. But I just do not get the Richardson love at all. He has all the physical tools but I haven’t seen a lot of players get in their own heads the way this kid does. It’s bad.

When Levis is healthy he’s the better QB. It’s painful being a UK football fan most years but I watch every game. I have seen a lot of Richardsons games, too. You won’t see many scouts with Richardson ahead of Levis. But sure, those four games with zero context are appealing.
