Why are people bringing up Russell Wilson? With that same logic I could say Draft Cam 1, Cobb in the 2nd, Houston in the 3rd, Cameron in the 4th and Sherman in the 5th.

I'm confident in the D being top 5. The offense on the other hand, a lot of unknown.

If we go into next season without any deep threat again expect our offense to struggle again. We need Ginn or Philly to start and have Funchess move around. We can't let the opposing D to stack the box

How do I know? I watch college football. He's all those things better than Kelvin yet he was drafted in the second round and never came close to Kelvin's production in CF.

Oh lord everyone knew he was hurt and believe me he's not a 4.4 on the field. He was a poor mans Kelvin pretty much the opposite of what we needed. I won't doubt he has a productive seasons, I just feel there was a better option in the first round.

But I already know once the season is on it's way and the offense shows a slight struggle you blame Cam and the coaches, like every other huddler trying to defend the FO. If the panthers took the same approach the Colts, dolphins or any of these other teams with young QBs took, then I'll say Cam has to step and has no excuse. Right now that isn't the case

Maybe if our front office stops drafting defense and starts spending money on free agents than Cam can be the elite QB you want him to be. As it stands Cam's number 2 receiver is a converted TE who had a ton of drops, is slow as dirt, and is a rookie to top it off. And his LT is a guy in his 3rd team in 3 years. Personally I'm not expecting much from Cam this upcoming season.

We could of drafted a kicker in the first and the yes-men in here would have said it was a great pick We are like the jets of the NFC. We have a ton of picks I don't understand why can't we use the first couple of picks on offense and the late picks on defense. And too top it off the Colt get Dorsett. I never want to hear Cam get compared to any of these other QBs until this team commits to him
