Maye and Allen are two of the best QBs in the NFL right now. And Allen has a top flight o-line while Maye has a great OC. Shough hasn’t proven crap, he’s played two of the worst defenses in the NFL and has around 40 pass attempts per game, he better be putting up volume yards.

That separation stat is subjective, the film I posted isn’t. DJ has no DB 5 yards within his vicinity in a bunch of those clips, TMac isn’t running away from anybody. Of course he looks better as rookie he more polished than DJ coming out Maryland. DJ high end was always better, that’s why Tmac had a lot question coming out of Arizona they knew his floor was a solid WR. I firmly believe you give Bryce speed WR like DJ and Robbie his numbers would be much better and so would this offense

Robbie fell of cause Darnold started throwing him ducks. Darnold had horrific accuracy. That amount of wide open passes Darnold would miss was other worldly. Again DJ not being as productive goes back to Darnold and Baker being horrific in Carolina. DJ would be perfect for Bryce since he rarely misses the short passes. There were games where DJ would leave close to 200 yards on the field thanks Darnold erratic passing. Tmac will never had DJ yac ability, that was his knock coming out of Arizona. And his catch radius really hasn’t showed up this year.

Not all penalties are the same, and it’s also about the penalties not called. Tmac gets held on back to back plays both could have extended our drives none are called, meanwhile Evans gets the flag on 2nd and goal which led the bucs to a TD.

Nah if a receiver is productive before and after a specific QB is throwing to him you can’t blame that receiver. I don’t want to go back into the huddle archives but every other week there was all-22 film of Robbie getting wide open and Sam not seeing him or missing the throw.

We’ve used more o-line combination than any team in the NFL. Just cause we overpaid doesn’t make them good. Coker is an udfa, Tmac is a rookie that has drop issues and runs a 4.6. Rico only has 4 games with over 100 yards rushing. If you give Bryce a weapon like DJ or Cmac his numbers would be much better. He has no one on this team that can make stuff happen after a catch. Not to mention Canales is not a creative designer of offense

Sam got 2 years with DJ Moore, Cmac, and Robbie with a much healthier O-line. Bryce best weapon thus far in his career is a rookie that runs a 4.6. Last year alone was better than anything Darnold did in Carolina

Yep Darnold inherited the same team Teddy had with Joe Brady calling plays and his numbers were pitiful.
