Most NFL teams and scouts will hate the amount of hurry up that Hooker runs. He’s looked good in Heupel’s offense but he also did not look as good when he was with Virginia Tech, who runs more of a pro style offense.

I’ve watched Boston and they look pretty damn good. Bringing back Krejci has helped them solidify their 2C position. I’ve also been impressed with Vegas.

Pitt’s been so hit or miss this year. One week they look good and the next week they look pedestrian. It figures that they’d play well against Carolina. It’s wild to think that just a couple years ago that Slovis was thought of a legit NFL prospect.

I liked Svech - Aho - Necas as a line but I don’t like putting all of our scoring all on one line. Teravainen needs to get his poo together because he’s killing us right now. Pacioretty can’t get healthy soon enough.

As far as QB play goes… Young is probably the best bet… no idea how long he’ll last though.

One thing you can control as a QB is your bad throws… Levis has made a ton of them. He’s got some good tools to work with but he’s a third round guy for me… nothing alike but I rate him similarly to Corral.

We went from a loss and me ready to write this team off, to a win and second in the Metro (though we have the same amount of points as the Flyers who are in first). What a roller coaster.

I said it last year during the playoffs, you have to be able to score off the rush or at the very least carry the puck into the attacking zone. The Canes are a one dimensional dump and chance team that scores off of cycling the puck. This is a wild card team at best right now.

I know people want to talk about Stroud’s offense but we also need to recognize Tennessee’s offense as being super simple and almost gimmicky. When Hooker was in a more pro style type of offense at Virginia Tech he didn’t look near as good. Levis comes from the most pro style offense followed by Young.
