Colorado has been shutdown with 5.
-
They don’t seem to be affected and it looks like the NHL has drawn the line at us, though Colorado has been postponed through Christmas. I find that the NHL is helping out certain teams over others. It’s telling that Calgary, Florida, Nashville, Boston, Vancouver, and Colorado are shut down and then there is us between all of them continuing to play. Hell, they postponed the Vancouver/Toronto game which has 10 people out between the two teams while forcing the Devils and Wings to play tonight… they also have 10 people out between the two teams.

Game is on for tonight barring any last minute positives, Nashville has been postponed, Boston has been postponed… wonder if they send us to Minnesota on Tuesday.

I think it depends on Mora. They haven’t been able to sign him yet (the risk of using an expansion pick on a player without a contract) and if they aren’t able to then Fuchs will start at LB. If Mora does sign with the club then I’m fairly certain it would be because he’s been all but promised the first chance at the LB position. If Mora is the starter then I think Fuchs moves to CB where he has a little bit of experience. At that point, it’s a toss up between him and Corujo. As for our best player, I’d go with McGree. I watch a lot of English football (including the Championship) and I think he’s without a doubt our best player. He’s dominated the Championship in a similar fashion to the way Daryl Dike (Orlando City) did. You may not see him on the scoresheet as much but his breakout play is constantly leading to opportunities. If soccer had hockey assists then I think people would see how valuable he is on the scoresheet. It’s telling that Birmingham City has fought like hell to try and keep McGree. Unfortunately for them, they are dealing with a billionaire owner so it’s not going to work out for them. It’s also very possible that McGree is playing in next years World Cup for the Socceroos. I think our top 5 players are: 1. McGree 2. Alcivar 3. Walkes 4. Ruiz 5. Franco I know that’s our entire midfield (along with a CB) and I think that’s how Ramirez intended it to be.

Panthers OL (Pass Blocking) PFF rankings
MillionDollarCam replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
The question won’t be able asked because it’s probably not appropriate in regards to the media/coach relationship, but I’d love for someone to ask Rhule what made him think that players who have historically struggled on the OL would perform better here on an offensive line that was already bad. -
Now that everyone is back, I think it’s important to note that the Hornets went 3-3 when short handed and were 9 points away from going 5-1. Props to the young guys and rotational players for stepping up. The Hornets nearly have seven players averaging double figures… times have changed from the Kemba and friends days.

Leivo and C.J. Smith up on an emergency basis.

Glad to have everyone back. Blazers are depleted (no McCollum, Snell, Smith, or Zeller) so we need to take advantage.

The team is stating to take shape, exciting times. I’ve made a few changes to my projections. I now believe Fuchs may play primarily as a CB. GK - Pablo Sisniega (XI) LB - Joseph Mora (XI), Adam Armour (SUB) CB - Anton Walkes (XI), Jan Sobocinski (SUB) CB - Guzman Corujo (XI), Christian Fuchs (SUB) RB - Jaylen Lindsey (XI), Harrison Afful (SUB) CDM - Jordy Alcivar (XI) CM - Riley McGree (XI), Alan Franco (SUB) CM - Sergio Ruiz (XI), Brandt Bronico (SUB) LW - ? CF - Yordy Reyna (XI), Vinicius Mello (SUB) RW - McKinzie Gaines (SUB) I think at the very least we may see two DP wingers along with another depth winger as well as a depth defensive midfielder, and a backup goalie.

Meant to post this here… Telling everyone right now that you will be impressed with Jack. He may not be as noticeable offensively as Jarvis quite yet but his overall impact will be more noticeable. He plays a lot like his uncle Chris and is the perfect RBA player. Remember, he’s been playing against grown men for a few years now so don’t be surprised if he fits right in.

The bottom two offensive lines are going to rotate in forwards from the first two. -

So here’s how everything shaked out in the morning skate. Nino - Trocheck - Necas Turbo - KK - Fast Poturalski - Stepan Drury - Noesen Slavin - Bear Skjei - Pesce Smith - TDA Andersen Raanta Injured: Martinook, Chatfield Covid: Aho, Svech, Jarvis, Staal, Lorentz, Cole A lot of flexibility because a ton of those guys can play wing or center, have to think Nino, Necas, Turbo, and Fast will double shift, potentially KK as well. -

I think that’s why they sent Pots back. You have to make less than $850K to be eligible. Pots was used as a regular call up but he makes less than $850K so they sent him back down, used what little cap space we have to call up Jack who makes more than $850K and then used the emergency exception on Pots and Noesen who make less than $850K. -

Reinforcements are here. Drury, Poturalski, and Noesen are all headed to Raleigh.
