Looks like Martinook’s Canes corner, which replaced Svech’s Canes corner, has now been cancelled…
-
Yep, also a big issue, would have to hope that NIkishin doesn’t magically get drafted into the Russian army so he can’t leave for the NHL.
-
Under contract with the KHL until 2025. Unfortunately, the KHL does not have a player transfer agreement with the NHL so the earliest will see NIkishin is the 2025 season unless his KHL contract gets terminated.

I actually would like to give Rees a look, he reminds me of Lomberg from Florida who I can’t stand but I’d love to have on our team.

Yep, don’t think we see him until end of December or January. -

This whole thing is bullshit. First Patches, then our non-existent TDL, now Svech. The hockey gods are being real pieces of poo this year if you ask me. -

Text from my friend who’s a Bengals fan. ’Dang you guys took Vonn Bell, he was a turnover machine last year and probably the best leader in our locker room’ I can get behind that.

I agree as long as it’s someone from the staff, if they like Levis then I’m on board though I do prefer Stroud. But I don’t want the team selecting players because our owner wants to play real life Madden. We have a great staff and I trust them to get us back to where we need to be as long as Tepper lets them do their job.

He doesn’t divulge much anyway but just happened to today. When asked about what we are doing at WR he sent back this Pretty tight lipped.
-
Yep, just relaying what I was told and it appears Person is delaying the same info. I trust my guy and he says a decision has not been made.
-
I agree and I emphasized as much. I tried to get him to tell me who likes Levis cause I wanted to hear it from him but he would not say. He did say that there hasn’t been a decision yet on how we will address WR but that the team does trust Terrace Marshall’s development.
-
A friend of mine who has a source in the organization said it’s down to Stroud or Levis but a decision has not been made yet. Was also told that there isn’t a decision on how WR will be addressed yet but that the team does trust Terrace Marshall’s development. Take that for what it’s worth.

Meier wins it for NJ in the shootout, the Canes remain 4 points up on the Devils with a game in hand.

Washington and Jersey locked up in a good one.

Blessing in disguise, this season was draining.

He’s got some Binnington in him which I don’t really care for. Mrazek had the perfect amount of character for a goalie so hopefully as Kochetkov ages, he’ll tone it down a bit to Mrazek’s level.

Looks like no Pool Party, Chatfield, or Raanta. I kind of expected that after how well the fourth line played on Tuesday. It’ll be Pyotr’s net, de Haan will likely draw in for Chatfield, and Coghlan will have his regular seat in the press box.
