  1. Henderson is decent depth, Jackson is good but too small to take the daily beating you get in the NFL, and Horn is elite but apparently fragile. At this point, I want us to go defensive end and CB with her first two picks. Donald looks to be a decent game manager if we keep the line elite and I still believe in Corral. If I'm wrong, 2024 QB class looks better than 2023.
  2. at this point, I'd rather see what corral has. We desperately need a pass rusher, and a cornerback. Henderson should not be starting, and Taylor should not be on the team.
  3. Big loss. The guy was playing lights out. Entering Week 16, he had allowed the fewest receptions (23), the fewest receiving yards (216) and the lowest passer rating (39.4) amongst all starting corners.
  4. As long as he can keep this stat up, I'm a fan.
  5. No need to read the article, the title says it all!
  6. If he'd take $8M, run don't walk to sign the contract. He worked his way through a cheap rookie contract with the Ravens and signed a cheap 1 year prove it deal with us, so he is definitely looking to get paid. He's not just some bum off the street though, he's a proven, 4 year starter. $12M seems a little high though, I expect the actual number to be around $10M, maybe with some incentive, high guaranteed money thrown in to entice him.
  7. I was there. It was pitiful. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was 3-1 steelers fans AT LEAST. At one point a Pitt player was pumping up the crowd during a 3rd down (for us)! WTF?
  8. This was a humdinger for me. We make the playoffs by winning our division, but every game the 9ers win affects our draft picks. The wildcard route is so astronomical, that I had to pull for the seahawks. BTW, I still love to see CMC run, even in that ugly jersey!
  9. 2005 game against Cowboys? Source: https://www.espn.com/nfl/news/story?id=2270894 Don't forget this steaming pile of BS! https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2237224-luke-kuechly-ejected-for-contacting-official-during-panthers-vs-packers
  10. According to the snap counts, Michael Jordan played 1 snap against the Seahawks so that has to be the one play being referenced. Mays lined up at FB on a few plays.
  11. Then explain it. I missed the end of it, what did Burns do that was so bad?
  12. We had a pretty good team with a sh-t coach. Now we have a pretty good team with a pretty good coach. I know that Tepper specifically said that he wanted a young, offensive and Wilkes is an old, defensive coach, but, IMO, it should be Wilkes' job to lose.
  13. As long as we don't have to depend on him to win us the game, i.e. wining the time of possession, take aways, and dominating the line of scrimmage, all he has to do is be a game manager. If he can do that, we can win.
  14. Biggest difference between the 2 coaches that I can see is that Wilkes uses what he has and Rhule was to proud to change HIS plan to fit the players on the field. Case and point: Darnold is a mediocre QB, at best, so Wilkes brings in 2 extra linemen and runs the ball down their throat. Not even Darnold can screw up handoffs and checkdowns.
  15. I don't know, he laid the wood on one of our coaches! Was that Al Holcomb?
  16. "you should definitely drop Darnold from your fantasy lineup."
