An example would be if your previous DC ran primarily zone concepts in the secondary but your new one uses man, you might have some who can do both but not all so there'll be some turnover. It's not necessarily that a guy is bad. He might just no longer fit what you want to run

As far as the clip, I'm not sure I've ever heard anybody talk less while being "mic'd up". Felt like Moton talked almost as much as Corbett did. There's also a part around 7 minutes in where he's clapping, then stops and looks at his hands like there's something wrong with them. Not sure what happened there All in all though, a really great video. Seeing him play, and play well, was great. And yes, you could tell how much it meant to him.

He was never really a bad runner. Just didn't have the greatest hands. With us moving to an offensive style that involved a lot of passes to runningbacks, I didn't think he'd survive. But he's actually done great.
