  1. Some mic'd up moments from camp... If you've attended camp before, Mayfield's comment about being "one with the humidity" is very easy to understand
  2. Apparently Jay Glazer was at camp today...
  3. Hard to say. They've tinkered with the PS rules so much over the last few years it's gotten way more complicated than it used to be. I would expect Walker to likely fit as a veteran exception, but I haven't looked over what the rules are for this season.
  4. Granted, it probably would help if Rhule didn't say stupid sh-t like "the process is working, you just can't see it"
  5. People get worked up not because of specific statements, but because they don't trust Matt Rhule. And frankly, what reason has he given anybody to trust him? Complain all you want about people's attitudes, but until the team actually shows that it can be something other than mediocre garbage under his coaching, there's no reason to see it any differently. I mean hell, do you want people to stay positive about Sam Darnold too?
  6. I'm trying to remember anything indicating that Sam was "fighting back". Pretty much all the coverage has been in sync with the idea that Mayfield is clearly superior.
  7. I took that statement with a grain of this... Everybody knows how it's going. Keeping up the charade just looks goofy.
  8. Honestly, this is why a lot of lower round and undrafted guys don't have long careers. Oftentimes they have the ability, just not the durability.
  9. Practice squad maybe... Kinda hard to imagine Rhule completely letting him go.
  10. Coming from David Newton? Probably not much. There are certainly writers whose analytical comments I take seriously, but David Newton isn't one of them.
  11. McAdoo on the left, Mayfield in the hat and Darnold in the cap, can't quite tell who the dude with the hair is
  12. Media these days, I've found regardless of what you say...or don't say, something can most definitely be done with it. The one thing I'd point out here though is that given the organizational structure David Tepper put in place, Rhule's status isn't Fitterer's decision. He may be asked his input on it, or he may not. Either way, he's being asked to comment on something that's not his call.
  13. Perhaps, but there's nothing to prevent you from simply saying "no" if he isn't.
