As the saying goes, it's a lot easier to destroy than create. That, plus defensive ends aren't generally going backwards.

Well, this should generate some massive arguments

Along with anybody else who played for the Eagles last year. -

It is. -
To be fair, at this time of year the defense should look better than the offense. And that's even true of teams that don't have a new quarterback.

Newman seems to have spent the last few years effectively self-destructing.

There is a separate article that gives you the best quarterback for every type of throw also (link is in the middle of the one posted above). Spoiler: It's pretty much all Aaron Rodgers. -
Don't think Daley played much at all last year. If I recall correctly, he was hurt for most of it.

Just for clarity, are you describing something that happened on a single play or more than one?
-
Oh Lord, no. Probably Trent Scott. Or maybe Cam Erving.

Regarding Ian Thomas, Person wrote this yesterday... Tight end Ian Thomas had what Rhule described as “a tremendous offseason.” But the fourth-year pro from Indiana had a rough start to the team period Wednesday. After Thomas jumped the snap for a false start on the first offensive play, he was pulled from the drill and had to run a penalty lap around the field. Thomas completed it in a deliberate manner that was about the speed of a home run trot. Maybe. That's...not good

The thing with guys like Daley, Smith and Hyman is consistency. You frequently see backups in practice or even in games flash amazing ability, the kind that makes you go "Wow, why aren't they starting?" And then a few plays later they get banged up, or they fall off badly. Superior ability isn't enough without durability and consistency. It's why you have to be careful about judging how a backup looks in limited action. Sometimes a guy who might technically be a better player just isn't built to handle a starter's workload.

Dolphins tackle Josh Sitton described switching tackle spots as "like trying to wipe your ass with the other hand"

From the article... Asked what would lead Moton to play on the left, Rhule replied: "If he's the best available." That's a legitimate possibility.

...but Gantt thinks it's unlikely he moves.

Bill Barnwell ranks the Panthers offseason as 7th worst
Mr. Scot replied to Peon Awesome's topic in Carolina Panthers
I know some people like him, but I've never found Barnwell especially insightful. -
Oh, I get that. I just remember people hyping him on here like he was going to be the next big thing.

I've got a parrot that would eat him alive intellectually.

From Dusk till Dawn is not a great movie... ...except for about five minutes near the middle
