Probably counts toward the character part that he basically got his OC fired. -

That's two coaches pulled from Evero's staff in Denver and one from his time with the Rams. There's one guy left in Denver who also worked with Evero in Los Angeles, DL Coach Marcus Dixon. We need a DL Coach, so... -

Would you trade 9 for Fields - straight up?

I've played in the freezing cold. Everything hurts. Hitting someone is almost as bad as being hit. And anyone who handles or kicks the football will tell you it's like a damn rock. You gotta figure if it's bad at a high school level, you can only imagine what it's like for professionals. -

Speaking of Ben Johnson... From the article... In an appearance on a team podcast, Johnson said that a visit to a Brooks concert at Ford Field early in his tenure helped convince him that there were still things he wants to accomplish as part of head coach Dan Campbell’s staff. “I was thinking at the time and soaking in the atmosphere, and it was like, ‘Holy cow, this is what a home playoff game is going to be like, and this is what I want to be a part of. This is what I want to feel. This is what I want to experience.’ Johnson said. “It made me feel some type of way and I kept going back to that as part of the process and you know what, there are so many good things going on here. So many good people, coaches, players, I love the offensive staff and everyone we have on board there. I love the players. I love coming into work every day. Coach Campbell is incredible, and so end of the day talking with my family it just made sense. Don’t ruin a good thing.” So It wasn't anything about his interviews or the Panthers organization that sent him back to Detroit. It was a Garth Brooks concert.

That would have been kind of difficult to do given that not only did the Jets not start 5-0 but Wilson missed the first few games with injury

A Statistical Analysis of Signing Carr vs. Trading for L. Jackson

He doesn't get it. He thinks having Jackson means you automatically win it all, even though that hasn't happened in Baltimore either. Basically, he just wants Jackson here and no amount of real world logic or thinking will deter him. -

And again, the fact that you think Jackson winning an MVP four years ago negates any and all questions and criticisms about him tells me all I need to know about your level of football knowledge. -
Reich did say he wouldn't just be hiring his buddies though.

Probably Brown. I know Cooter worked for Jim Caldwell before. Makes me wonder if Caldwell is pushing for him behind the scenes.

I get that, but I'm glad Steve Wilks got a chance to shoot his shot.
