    Heck, Josh McDaniels might be available, but I don't know if there's any connection between he and Steve Wilks.

    Have we seen a hard source on the Eagles being after him though? I know there's been a lot of speculation but many of those same sources still think DJ Moore is up for grabs too.

    The in-division part strikes me as strange on both sides of the deal honestly.

    I'm in favor of going the draft route. Granted, I'm not sure it mattered what route we went as long as Matt Rhule was in charge.

    Trade value is a lot like basic economics. A player is worth whatever somebody will pay for them. Granted, it helps sometimes if the person who's paying is dumb.

    And now they've got Josh McDaniels with basically his handpicked GM. It's almost like they see the Panthers of the last three years as a model franchise

    If we were to hire Steichen, I'd give Steve Wilks a pretty decent chance of sticking around as part of the staff. They worked together back in San Diego.

    I've seen no indication that they would outside of speculation. If they did of course, I'd certainly take it.

    Tepper might. And Burns is a high enough profile player that I think Tepper will believe Fitterer needs the benefit of his "wisdom"

    Sort of... Jon Gruden had pretty much the same deal as Matt Rhule. He was in charge of everything. I've seen a few people speculate that he only brought Mayock aboard as a fall guy in case he needed one.

    About the only scenario where I could see trading for only two firsts is if you got the Eagles two first rounders from this year. That would be hard to pass up.
