    I mean, I don't think it's a serious injury and he isn't going to be very receptive to sitting either. If he is healthy and ready to go, let him play. If that is a week from now, 3 weeks from now or whenever.

    You can't ignore need but if you get panicky and don't play your board, you are fuged.

    The thing that stood out to me was the ball placement. He hasn't shown that consistently. It was very, very good on Sunday.

    Do you remember the 9 years of playoff drought that Rod pulled us out of? The attendance got steadily worse and it was common for out of towners to take over that arena. It's less common now because we are extremely successful. The Hornets and Panthers are victims of terrible ownership.

    I have been involved with many Fortune 500 corporate workplaces, whether it be there or elsewhere, the bully boss almost always inevitably fails. Because as soon as things go south, every single one of those people is going to stick them. That's what you are seeing them do to Daboll.

    So did Saban. A lot of his players in Miami did not like him at all. You can't treat highly paid professional athletes like children. It almost never works.

    It wouldn't be understandable. These aren't HS kids, these are professional football players. It is the same reason a guy like Josh McDaniels fails everywhere. You can't be an asshole to your players, they will stop playing for you. The race for the bottom has been tight all season. There are about 8-10 teams pretty close.

    Look at the extreme length of time Sidney Crosby missed due to post concussion symptoms in 2011-2012. It can fug some people up badly.
