  1. Not really. They still have Jennings and Deebo. Plus Pearsall is now playing. I actually don't think they are in panic mode at WR.
  2. Agree. Guys like Johnson I understand getting rid of. He seemed to be pretty checked out Sunday. I highly doubt he has any desire to stick around, for that matter. Horn honestly looks like he is starting to check out too. I wouldn't be against moving him. I expect he would be better elsewhere but I think we are just on borrowed time. He is likely to want to head elsewhere once his contract is up.
  3. We should be moving players but there isn't much to move. AT has almost no value(bad injury, older), Johnson has some value, Horn has some value. Outside that there isn't much to work with before the trade deadline. Bryce doesn't make a ton of sense because of the cap implications. Ikey doesn't make sense because the line is already insanely thin, he has played pretty well and he's VERY cheap for an averageish LT. Hubbard could be a candidate but likely won't garner much compensation. I saw Clowney mentioned, he is basically conditional 7th at best. Not even worth trading. A lot of our guys fall in that category. No value or 6th or 7th round at best. At that rate, what is the point?
  4. If you read a lot of the "anonymous" scout/exec quotes over the years, you will see that there is often pretty varying opinions on even the 1st round guys. I think there is commonly dissent in the ranks of most organizations but how they all handle that varies quite widely. Here.....all ways are the Queens ways.
  5. I was a Bryce guy. It was a huge mistake and it was honestly obvious after year one.
  6. He is even more perplexing than Brenton Bersin.
  7. What is Thomas good at again? I keep hearing blocking but then he misses them at critical times.
  8. Well the issue is we aren't drafting them high enough, for the most part. If you want a great WR, get them in the top 10-15. Our ability to find those guys in the 2nd or later is horrifyingly bad.
  9. Not a great class at DE/Edge. BPA, even if that means passing on an edge rusher in the top 5.
  10. I was talking about the son, though. No, he knows that he couldn't talk to NFL players like that
  11. I was gonna say, it's hard to argue that he hasn't faced any adversity if you watched them last season. And maybe he has gotten some "special" treatment but he is also getting real NFL preparation/knowledge. Deion actually played this sport and at a HOF level. I don't think he is gonna have his son being ill prepared.
  12. No RB's in the first three rounds, please. That's one thing that would fuging infuriate me in this upcoming draft.
  13. Neither Ewers or Beck really ever struck me as high level NFL prospects.
  14. Hard to blame him, really. I wouldn't be shocked to see the Manning kid do the same if he ends up being a top prospect.
  15. McCord is likely a Day 2/Day 3 guy. BPA. Don't reach. That's my thing.
  16. I suspect this draft looks more like the 2022 QB draft than the 2024 QB Draft and you see very few first round guys taken.
  17. Ward is a solid prospect but Sanders is quite obviously going to be the best combination of polished and skilled. I really don't think this is a strong QB class, however.
  18. Not really, you just do the Drew Brees trick.
  19. I am very high on these other two guys. I think they would be day one, impact starters for us. TBH, I don't love this class at EDGE/DE
  20. What are some guys(in the first three rounds) that you would absolutely love to get? For me, there are a few I just think will be game changers to help build our team: - Travis Hunter(Duh) - Tetairoa McMillan(Duh) - Harold Fannin Jr. Fannin could be a first round pick or perhaps slip to the 2nd. We are all aware how badly TE play has been since Olsen retired. This guy has the look of a 10+ year starter for us with elite attributes. - Deone Walker Walker is ideal for just about any defensive scheme we need to run. At 6-6, and close to 350 he also is a plus level athlete. He is capable of easily occupying two blockers, collapsing the pocket or swallowing up rushing attempts. If you want to shore up the future of your DL, look no further than Walker. Has scheme flexibility to be a 3-4 NT or punishing DT next to Brown in a 4-3.
  21. Jackson, Horn and Woods could start on several teams. Horn could start on at least 75%.
  22. I would rather keep Dalton. He is a more proven option. Darnold isn't going to flourish in our system. He's more likely to chuck 25+ INT's.
  23. They won't keep Darnold as starter, most likely.
