  1. He can. Even if he couldn't, it doesn't matter. The team needs playmakers at WR, whether Young is the QB in the future or not. I get the snark but our needs aren't changing no matter if Prime Cam was back there.
  2. I am not sure really where BC fits. Honestly, probably as a starter in a zone blocking scheme, which doesn't fit with what we have built the rest of the OL for here. Ideally, he's a top tier backup if we had built our line properly.
  3. Yeah, our IOL is a fuging mess. It's somehow worse than our OT's. It would be a little shocking to see us spend that kind of coin on an OG but I would understand if they are perhaps going all in on Ekwonu one last time at LT. Perhaps having an elite LG would be a big help. Either way, we have to upgrade that OL. That one of the biggest of the offseason.
  4. That's a Madden trade. No one is biting on that in the real world, unfortunately.
  5. I still call them the Redskins. Especially as they keep stinking it up. Can wash away the Snyder suckitude with a name change, queefs. Still the Foreskins.
  6. FSU is changing their mascot actually. It's just one of their fans crying and blaming everything on the ACC.
  7. If recent history holds, we'll trade up into the first round to take Malik Washington.
  8. Sure. I'll accept went elsewhere after a rookie deal too. It still comes up zero. That's what I mean, the history of these busts turning it around is horrible. Predominantly because....well.....they are busts. You either figure it out or you don't. Doesn't mean he can't be a league backup. Doesn't even mean he might not be an eventual Geno Smith. But, it does mean he is what he is......a bust.
  9. Sure and you had all these bust QB's before Stroud and all these bust QB's before Mahomes, etc ,etc.. We will see what he is.
  10. That's fine but none of those UNC QB's have panned out either. That's not nothing.
  11. 80% of this comeback is Kochetkov's faulr
  12. Buzzing early gotta start to break down Connor Helleycuck
  13. Down in Tampa trying to find a bar in the shadow of the Lightning stadium. Cheating *****....
  14. I am not sure about Caleb or Drake. They literally tick all the boxes for everything you could want physically but Caleb didn't do better than last year and as @LinvilleGorge pointed out earlier, he has a bad tendency to play hero ball. That MIGHT work out IF he is indeed elite. If not.....ooof. Maye I have concerns about because as both of his seasons went on he basically got worse and worse. That's not a great tendency. Also, the offense he ran was very Mickey Mouse by NFL standards, so his learning curver might be higher than normal. Daniels I like just because he seems to have an "it" factor a little more than the other two. We will see how it all plays out.
  15. Mark my words, Daniels will be the best of the 1st round QB's....
  16. Yeah, it's been almost universal that the fanbase wants he and Luvu to get paid. I think this dude is a Burns simp, so he's just sour that people see through that situation.
  17. I don’t think that will happen with Brown. He is one of the best interior distruptors in the NFL. He deserves to be paid as such.
  18. I understand some are skeptical of the source but their rumor articles have actually been quite accurate over time. https://walterfootball.com/nfl-hot-press-eagles-offered-first-round-pick-for-derrick-brown-in-22.php Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman has been among the most active executives in the NFL in working the trade market. In back-to-back drafts, Roseman traded up to land a defensive tackle from Georgia. Last year in the days before the draft, I reported that the Eagles wanted to do a slight move up for Jalen Carter, and that is what they did on draft night. The year before they moved up for Jordan Davis. Interestingly, prior to moving up for Davis, the Eagles had their eye on a similar freaky athlete defensive tackle. Per sources, prior to the 2022 NFL Draft, the Eagles offered the Carolina Panthers a first-round pick for Derrick Brown. The Eagles had decisions on getting better in the trenches, and Brown certainly would have helped there. After being the seventh-overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Brown has turned into an excellent interior defensive lineman. Then Panthers general manager Scott Fitterer turned down the offer. Brown was viewed as one of Carolina’s long-term building blocks, and new general manager Dan Morgan and head coach Dave Canales will have to decide if the organization is going to sign Brown to a long-term extension. After not getting the Panthers to trade Brown to them, the Eagles set themselves up with the Bulldogs duo of Davis and Carter, which should work for many years to come. Carolina is faced with some huge decisions now on paying Brown as well as a difficult situation regarding defensive end Brian Burns. The Panthers have to decide to extend, franchise tag, or tag-and-trade Burns over the next few days. Every year, there are many trades that are turned down, and the Eagles getting turned down for Brown has left a big impact on both franchises.
