  1. True, he was very inaccurate in college and ended up with almost a 60% NFL career percentage. That's the thing, though, it's pretty rare. There have been more than one statistical analyses performed that have shown that completion percentage is one thing that rarely improves tremendously from college to the pros.
  2. I love them but they have a very tough schedule the remainder of the season. We will know who they are by the end of the regular season.
  3. The Lions are putting on one of the most dominant special teams performances I have ever seen.
  4. I might later in the year. That's my most hated team in the NFL so I doubt it.
  5. The one example people like to point to is Josh Allen but they struggle to come up with many others. There is a reason for that. Otherwordly talent but insanely inaccurate and very injury prone.
  6. Eh.....lot of time left. I don't think the separation in the NFC is that great.
  7. I can never root for them. But this is a win-win game. Pats move down one or the Jets add cushion.
  8. He was an INSANELY inaccurate QB in college. That very rarely improves when you get to the NFL.
  9. Levis is just a classic gunslinger. Not sure that is a fixable issue. AR is basically a borderline HS level QB. He should have stayed in college a couple of more seasons.
  10. Indy has to bench AR. Flacco makes that offense run and TBH, AR is the type of QB that needs 2-3 years of watching.
  11. They are good they have also only faced two teams in the NFL top 16 in offense. That does help.
  12. It wouldn't be much. There are ample teams looking for a boost at DE/Edge but he isn't an elite pass rusher.
  13. The Broncos aren't even a good team, so get pantsed would be pretty telling.
  14. Which, in hindsight perhaps the line was not as terrible as our organization was in shambles and could not do poo with what meager resources we did have. Interesting how Moton and Ikey both look tremendously better this year. I agree, Stroud would have popped far more often but I don't know that I would expect to see much difference in overall team results. In this alternate reality, I think this year would have been when Stroud was blowing the doors off people and making a national media splash.
  15. There have been multiple people over the years talk about long term franchise dysfunction being ownership driven. Tepper and the Bobnets gave us perfect examples of this in our backyard. No need to even search out examples. I do think generally Bryce will just end up proving this was just a bridge too far in his football career. He just isn't physically skilled enough to make it in the NFL.
  16. IDK if we will see teams to be as desperate to trade up like that to get a QB. TBD. The early FO/scout quotes seem to indicate that there isn't a ton of excitement about those QB's. It does only take one Tepper-like doofus to make that decision, though.
  17. On what planet to you envision Higgins wanting any part of this poo without getting #1 overall money at the position?
  18. I will keep pointing out that #1 overall may be one of the toughest races in recent memory.
  19. The issue is that he basically has quit on the team. So this is basically the end. Also, we are terrible with compensatory picks, so I really do not expect that to change.
  20. It's equal parts Bryce being bad and us being a terrible spot for any young QB. I generally think Stroud would not be as hyped had he started here. Perhaps this season that would have changed but I do believe even he would have limited success in 2023 here.
  21. I also hope I am wrong but I do not believe I will be.
  22. I do indeed. I made this prediction last season, BTW. I genuinely believe that is how dysfunctional Tepper is.
