  1. It's a travesty he is being allowed to work with the 3's. He needs to be with the 4's and assisting with the janitorial duties.
  2. I didn't know Crocs were real footwear. I just thought it was something smelly hippies purchased tripping on mushrooms.
  3. Well, considering he is the only effective LB we have, better he try to stay healthy than push it. 17 games is a long slog.
  4. Precisely this. It isn't that Baker is amazing, Darnold is fuging awful.
  5. He has to realize that potential. This needs to be the year.
  6. It's imperative that he makes a big step this season. Need him to be a guy.
  7. Lol. Any tradeable OL we have is going to be starting. If there are NFL teams with more than 5 quality OL, we aren't one of them.
  8. Even if that is an incentive heavy deal, not sure that is something we were trying to spend. He is in a far better place in KC anyway.
  9. TBD. We don't appear to have been pursuing anyone aggressively. Maybe they are targeting some post-TC cuts or trades.
  10. I never got the feeling that the interest was that high. For him or for us. For better or worse, I think the team believes they are far better at DE than the fans, media or most educated observers do.
  11. You know, whether Corral ends up being a starting caliber NFL QB or not, he does seem to have the right mentality to have a long NFL career. You gotta love that.
  12. So Horn on the PUP list and Melvin retiring. Well...that depth in the secondary is looking a little suspect all of a sudden. Hope this isn't a trend.
  13. I hope it wasn't for us. Should be for him and his family.
  14. I wouldn't take much from the preseason reps if last year is any indication. Training camp will be interesting though. Very curious to see how that QB pecking order shakes out. If it isn't 1. Baker, 2. Corral, 3. Darnold that's probably bad news. Unless Corral is just a monster and then it's fantastic news.
  15. He is better than he played last year but there is no guarantee he will play like he did in 2020. If he struggles again in 2022, it's time to cut ties. We just need to hope we have someone to replace him. Admittedly, that is an extremely pedestrian WR corps when he isn't effective. We have very few options that aren't 4th or 5th WR's after DJ and Robby.
  16. You are literally nuts. If you are taking all of that from what I said, you need to be on meds of some sort.
  17. And OL. I know everyone fancies that we have suddenly solved those issues but only one returning effective player is making an appearance, Taylor Moton. On paper means nothing until it is on the field.
  18. You are literally inserting words I did not say. Read the post and respond to what I said, not what you interjected in your head. You are literally arguing with a phantom version of something that only exists in your brain.
  19. And anyone can check the record. I was one of the very, very few to defend Robbie while he was struggling. All it took was for him to say poo about the fans booing while we had to endure yet another season of awful play. Had he lashed out at fans for cussing at him or saying some completely out of line poo, I'd have been on his side. Bullying on social media? I'm on the players side. But booing?? Given what we have had to watch for years now and pay to do so? Get fuged, Robbie or any other player that says fans can't boo a terrible product on the field. And to be clear, I have been attending sporting events for more than 30+ years and I haven't booed in a stadium, arena or field one fuging time. But I damn sure don't blame people that do.
  20. I was a defender of Robbie most of the season but when he said that they didn't need fans that boo, I was off that bandwagon permanently. You can't play like dogshit all season and then turn on the fans. Derrick Brown did it too. I suspect that's the typical Rhule lack of personal responsibility thing.
  21. His playing style caused a tremendous amount of wear and tear on him. Remember the ankle and foot injuries too? It wasn't just his shoulder. The lack of pass protection and his playing style both contributed to his eventual decline. You just can't play that way forever in the NFL.
  22. RB did seem like a pretty odd choice. I think it's bouyed by having a potentially elite RB.
