    Thats the most absurd part of this whole thing. How can you objectively look at these 2 teams and think that Dallas is 5 points better than us?!?! Its madness.

    Its insane, right? Hopefully they are working on extending Donte for 3 or 4 years while Horn and CJ are on their rookie deals. That would give us 3 potentially stellar CBs for a very small overall investment. Especially considering that Jax has already paid CJs signing bonus and all that.

    It really was an inspired trade, IMO. If Horn comes back 100%, and CJ grows into his immense natural talent, we could have one of the top CB1/CB2 lineups in the entire NFL. How many teams can say they have the 8th and 9th pick from consecutive drafts lining up together?

    Ahhhh OK. Gotcha. Well yeah....but you have to think if this guy sees this, then NFL coaches who are paid to do this type of thing also see it. You can know its coming all day long, the hard part is stopping it.

    I love it. Amazing. Our D is such a damn problem. Like he said, even if we only end up at 80% of what its been so far, for the rest of the season, itll still be an historically good defense. And the scary thing for the rest of the league is.....we're just getting started.

    They have been resting on the laurels of teams from 30 years ago, and for some crazy reason they think those teams apply to them today, when a lot of them were not even born yet, and probably couldnt name 5 players from those teams. Seriously, they have the most undeserved arrogance and cockiness of any pro sports fan base in existence today.

    Maybe Luke is sitting at home, thinking to himself "Damn, I really want to come back and play with all this young talent". Maybe a couple years off let him heal all his nagging injuries and he has that fire again to come back and win a title? Yeah, probably not but a guy can dream, can't he?

    Personally I don't think we need to bring in another RB. Hubbard looked the part last game when given the chance (over 5 ypc) and Freeman backs him up, who also had a few good runs. CMC will only be out a game or 2. Just hold the fort and lets see what the rookie's got in a featured role.

    Some people on here MASSIVELY over-value future draft picks that are not in the first round.

    I agree. Trading a future first round pick to move up to draft Everette Brown was a stroke of genius that we likely will not see around these parts again for quite some time.
