Feel like I should add Mariota to this list as well.

I am...iffy on Fields. I think he is a really good QB prospect don't get me wrong, and he has all the tools you could ask for. I just think he is absurdly streaky, struggles under pressure, and seems to have some kind of weird on off switch? I am also not a huge fan of his disposition, but to say it would affect my grade on him would be disingenuous because I don't really have a way to evaluate anything beyond the surface. I do think the Panthers probably like Fields a little better, I feel better about Lance though.

I had a dream we drafted Fields. That is my insider source for the day haha

Completely asinine.

I actually like the first one a lot. Leatherwood and AVT instantly make our o-line awesome.

Been saying this, but it's one of these qbs. 1. Watson 2. Z.Wilson 3. Fields 4. Lance

PFT: Seahawks want three #1 as starting point for Wilson trade.

Wilson isn't going anywhere. -
Peter King on Panthers and Deshaun Watson
Verge replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Someone is going to trade a ridiculous amount for Deshaun Watson, that is going to happen. Jay Cutler got two 1sts, Khalil Mack got two 1sts, Laremy Tunsil got two 1sts, and Deshaun Watson is 10x the value of all those players. I already made a big long post on why it is worth it, and I stand by that. -

If and I say if we get Deshaun Watson and lose Robby, I would imagine Will Fuller would make a ton of sense on a 2 year low risk deal similar to what Robby got. -

They likely recognize what they lost when Fuller went down, and Robby is a similar type of player. -

I don't believe we will trade Burns but everything else is pretty on the spot. -
Yeah makes sense. Tua plus two #1s would be awfully tempting.
-
QB market is hot, he has a reasonable contract, and he at the worst can be a really great backup.

For the record, I have no idea if Teddy to the 49ers is legit, I just know Teddy won't be a Panther next season.

Nope. However, I don't have a ton of information on Miami. Remember my info comes from a person on the inside of one team and what they hear within their own ring. Miami is probably not exactly vocal about what they are doing. Miami makes sense from a common sense perspective, but the question becomes are you ready to blow up your rebuild and your QB that you committed to in order to get Watson? You in that moment admit you were wrong about Tua and throw away all capital you have acquired.
-
1. Panthers 2. Jets 3. The entirety of the NFL that does not have a franchise QB under the age of 30
-
We are loading up capital and cap to make a run for Watson (or to trade up to 2-3). Shaq would be capital in this discussion.

Teddy and Shaq will likely not be members of this team before the draft.

Definitely wouldn't know anything about his medicals. I just hope he actually puts in the work this offseason, the skills have always been there, just needs to put it all together.
-
Not necessarily, it doesn't really change our plan at all. Can the Dolphins be more aggressive than us in getting Watson? Only time will tell.
-
Kyle Crabbs of TDN contradicted me on this one, he has stated that the Dolphins are interested, where as I have heard they are sticking with Tua. His sourcing on the Dolphins is likely more reliable than mine so I would go with that for now.

This is one hell of an OT class, I am super down.
-
I think that is straight up silly.
-
Eason's arm was clearly the best in the draft, shame he is about as bright as a box of rocks.

I'm sorry I never came back from getting the milk....son.
