  1. Tepper is here to stay. Many teams have bad owners. Just got to accept it and hope he hires a front office that can deal with him. Which means you go to hope he hires some people he won’t get along with that well.
  2. Levis has crazy arm talent. He trends on the high end in that department. Bryce got the ole noodle. Too many plays are just off the table with Bryce when they present themselves.
  3. I almost fell asleep watching this Clemson/USC with both teams channeling the Panthers O.
  4. I agree with my boss all the time at the end of the day. I mean that’s what it is in the end. That’s our decision. That’s going to be the narrative. Everyone that knew Frank was out there saying what a Frank QB was and wasn’t in that moment. And inside reporting said they were split. Someone wins. Someone loses. In the end they all agree on the pick. Every pick actually. They all universally agreed on every pick and got the guy they all agreed was at the top of their board (and they all agreed on their board)
  5. Sanders would average 50 a game here. Sacks taken that is. dude got some bad habits trying to keep the stat sheet as nice as possible
  6. The best arugment someone could make in Fitterers favor….is he is completely powerless and has no ability to influence good decisions to ultimately occur. which just brings you right back to why he should be fired. He would be pointless.
  7. Well that’s sort of why I am attempting to highlight. You simply seek to claim everyone is wrong that hasn’t muttered whatever you do. That’s your fixation. And you will take all sorts of weird gymnastics to somehow not be. and with that mission, if forces you to oddly lecture folks for daring to call this a Frank Reich O as wrong lol. Which it is. Or point out basics like Scott FA adds were horrific given what Frank was going to run. Which they were. But you didn’t say it and you have blindly defended Fitt. So they can’t be bad moves. Everyone is wrong, you got the gymnastics to defend Fitt. But you don’t. I’ve been wrong about a lot historically. It’s ok. That’s part of the fun here. I got some all timers. But my average is way higher than you in recent history. I’ve nailed a lot and it’s played out exactly as that in recent times. I can handle being wrong. You might need to work on that one.
  8. I was just trying to show they can attack and threaten you. And it works. It’s just not a consistent and reliable one with a rookie QB thrown in there in relief. But we present zero threat attack a D and we are on plan A for the year
  9. Ah, see we are talking about 2 different things. I clarified for you the exact talking points. Several times now. So there would be no confusion about what I am saying. You say they are totally wrong. Cool. Super cool. I can accept that. so if they are totally wrong….That would mean the opposite of the point would be true. Because they are simple points. So I then list what those would be… Now, you seem to be suggesting the argument that would lead to those points being totally wrong is also wrong all while making sure you don’t actually take an actual Seems to me you just want to walk around claiming everyone is wrong. Little else.
  10. Then that means you, Mr Scott, believe the following. . All Fitterers additions this offseason in Miles, Theilen, Chark, Hurst were matches for a Bryce Young/Frank O scheme we would be running Frank Reich was hired and allowed to whatever he wanted and that Tepper didn’t impose on him. this isn’t Frank Reich’s core O the playbook is built around. That Frank would be coming in and running himself. Thomas Brown built an offense out of thin air old dinosaur Frank just had to call himself. lol
  11. I’ll repeat them again for you. Given you still seem confused about what people are suggesting for you to entertain. Fitterers adds this offseason don’t match what his HC and QB would be doing and want to do on offense. Tepper has had tremendous influence over what this all star would look like post Rhule. Frank wasn’t coming in here doing whatever he wanted. this is Frank Reich’s O at the end of the day. With whatever tweaks any staff would always make to it at any stop. Everyone knew that coming. Which is why Frank was coming in calling his baby. I assume you have conceded this Frank’s O at the end of the day after your lectures about how totally wasn’t. But I can’t tell up from down with you
  12. Time table wise, if Fields flopped here….we could at look the 2024 QBs. and just think of all the assets between that draft year to today we lost for a QB. Fields fell in our lap. That’s why you take him given what we were. It was the smart front office play.
  13. Missed this, you intentionally recreate what others suggest… it is Fitterers fault for not matching the talent to the scheme that would be run. That’s his job. Talent doesn’t match. Specifically all his additions. the suggestion is Tepper dictated what the staff would look like and it wasn’t Frank’s vision to do whatever he wanted. Which included having Frank bring in dinosaurs to oversee everything after the Rhule debacle where they didn’t even know how to run a practice. Everything has been an overcorrection by Tepper lmao, now you concede it’s Frank’s O at the end of the day. The one he came here to call and run and is. @AU-panther asked you a simple question. Feel free to respond to him. You said you addressed it and it appears everyone missed that.
  14. I play in a money league and I watch games based on that at this point. I’m playing the Titans D (intentionally pick up who we play at this point) and I’m going to gamble on big arm Levis chucking it to Nuk in my flex Plus this should be a game changer week if we lose. You can’t lose to the Bagent Bears and Levis Titans in a 3 week span given how this has gone and nothing happen.
  15. That’s also Geno and Jimmy G Surtain - Mahomes 2x every year, Herbert 2x every year, Allen, Burrow, Lawerence, Dak, Hurts, Tua, etc, and those elite QBs are throwing to elite weapons. That’s what has made his job significantly tougher. Horn suited up against a grand total of 1 elite QB for a full game and it was over in the first quarter with them not even having to try to throw because Joe Mixon had the best game of his career and a field day. Horn flat out hasn’t had to defend elite QB play like Surtain. Maybe he is better. Who knows. He is good when he has played. Surtain’s competition has just been different and much tougher. I mean, Jaycee Horn could shutdown a prime Megatron to 0 yards if I was QB. QB play is relevant to the convo and Horn hasn’t seen it.
  16. Jaycee Horn has played so little in his career….we really never seen have face a tough assignment. Given that, it’s hard to make the better when healthy argument.
  17. the only SC people care Bowl Y’all remember over 50+ years ago when the Gamecocks won that one ACC championship? Clemson by 100 tonight in that upside down dead cockroach looking stadium with their poo techno music (obviously this assumes Clemson doesn’t fumble 8 times inside the Gamecock 10 yard line and all aren’t returned for TDs, in addition to Clemson not covering the only player they have in Legette who adds on an additional 8 TDs for 500 yards by himself resulting in a massacre, which totally could happen with the return to the era of Clemsoning football).
  18. Frank Reich makes Ron Rivera and John Fox look like the 2 most fiery coaches in NFL history. He has never had even a moment on the sidelines showing he gives a fug. Thin line between emotional intelligence and apathy. Dude needed a year or two off to self scout why he sucked as a HC. Which is probably what the other 31 front offices would have said if they were in need of a HC. First would be the need to hire an OC to do the job at his next stop.
  19. I’m not implying he would do the same thing here… just pointing out we are attempting to develop a dink and dunker QB….and we traded away one of the top 10 offensive players in the entire NFL (who is built to aid a dink and dunker) for frankly nothing (and taking a huge cap hit this year on him) and yes, DJ Moore is another example. everything is just different examples of a poor front office with a poor plan vision there definitely is a luck/unlucky aspect to some things. I think most reasonable people thought trading CMC locked in that #1 overall pick in the moment. But you aren’t this bad for this long…..if you don’t have horrible people in your front office. It’s not just Tepper. There are lots of controlling and meddling owners with good talent. Tepper has bad people in the front office. We still need to burn this thing down. Again.
  20. We already paid him though. Which is why he is a huge cap hit for us right now despite not playing here. And we are developing a rookie QB who we mortgaged the future for right now….not in win now mode. So just from a developmental standpoint of Bryce Young and where we presently are….that deal and even the inclusion of DJ Moore in the other just don’t really make sense big picture. the vision and overall whatever this group is doing is just bad. The front office doesn’t seem to have a plan. They seem reactionary. but we shouldn’t of paid CMC when we did. And I don’t endorse paying RBs in general. I have said that since we talked of paying DWill. In all honesty, I think the actual reason we traded CMC was the front office organizing a tank for the #1 overall. And that didn’t work. Nothing they do works. But I 100% believe they thought trading CMC guaranteed them the #1 pick in the draft. They didn’t think or see Wilks pulling off what he did. He fugged it up lol.
  21. Matt Rhule’s wife likely made one the best picks…..but there is no way a huddler could ever compete with this braintrust on draft day per some.
  22. CMC is really a RB/WR though. He is a tad abnormal. issue there is simply you drafted a rookie dink and dunker (mortgaged the short term) and traded away the the ideal player to pair him with for development with for essentially nothing to gain offensively. I can get down with not overpaying a RB in the big picture. It’s not smart. It’s also not smart to try to develop a QB with nothing and CMC was already here and is a 18M cap hit in Carolina this year despite not playing here. Big picture, I don’t think you should pay RBs big money. But that particular trade was bad given we needed to develop Bryce, what we got for him, the little we did with it, and the fact CMC is still impacting our cap in a trade.
  23. I’m not sure Matt Rhule qualifies as a sports world shitty person. He was just a joke coach. he spent years here and when he walked out the door….no one named or unnamed has said or leaked anything about him being a garbage human. He just didn’t know what he was doing. Which is why we “hate” him. I think it’s largely just incompetence vs shitty perosning. I mean largely it’s his excuse making from the podium that earned him that narrative but I think that’s just a drowning coach out of his league. He wasn’t Urban Meyer. He is just a fool. Who no one has ever really trashed to my knowledge as a person.
  24. Such a joke. Fitterer traded away the potential league MVP to draft DJ Johnson lol. CMC probably has more offense than Bruce Young as a RB.
  25. Marty Hurney was a sports writer, turned NFL PR guy, turned admin guy, turned NFL GM. NFL has all sorts of dudes making decisions that are the brainiacs some pimp.
