It is entertaining to watch a team that doesn’t really care and goes for it on 4th down basically any time they can. Clemson has had 2 chances to really make them pay and hasn’t

Those are SEC refs. And you are allowed to change your defense. its a little early to be in blame the refs mode

I mean, I don’t know if you watch Clemson in this DJ era. They are a running team. Passing and cute ST play have made this a game. Carolina can’t stop the run. Clemson probably has a comfortable lead if they just played boring.

Clemson has run 4 plays not backed inside their own 30. They aren’t going to be aggressive with that field position.

I think it will be more competitive than the last couple. Clemson just isn’t explosive like in previous years. But I thought that last year too. Will be interesting to see what SC does. Carolina fans seem to want some Rattler air assault but that also means lots of opportunities for the Clemson DL to have shots to make plays vs an OL that has struggled all year. I think for Carolina to win DJ has to play bad and you need Beamer Ball to make some odd plays. Some ST gambles or big plays there. I think too many are talking about Rattler and the O mimicking some of last week.

pending DJU doesn’t sabotage things (which he is known to try). I think odds are high we are throwing up the 8 after today. DJU IMO is the game. Bad game, Carolina can win. And if he has a bad game, it almost has nothing to do with opponents to a degree. If DJU is playing relatively well for DJ, Clemson should handle things easily IMO.

The Jags RB is also a professional. Can’t really compare the 2 present day. Travis couldn’t catch or pass block well as a freshman at Clemson. Etienne I think has their longer run on the year. He got some of his brother in him. And super young. He will get better. But being his brother is a tall ask.

They are pretty close to clones visually. Travis better top end speed. Think the FL kid is a good bit bigger than Travis was a freshman. Hated Clemson didn’t get him. But he didn’t want to walk in his brothers footsteps.

Dude went prime Cam to escape that.

I give him 3-4 years. Because all he will do is get them out of the dumpster and Nebraska alumni think they should actually be a contending program.

UNC is basically the ACC’s version of Tenn.

I mean anything is possible. But Clemson and UNC got strong odds of pretty easily taking care of business this week. Think folks are putting way too much stock in some games that were pretty flukey. USC isn’t actually good despite beating Tenn and UNC isn’t as bad as losing to to GA Tech suggests.

Wilks is just a variant of Rivera or Fox. I continue to prefer we go with an offensive minded HC. That’s just the way the league has moved.

if I was a power 5 school I would be making a hard run at Deion Sanders. Hard. Especially in a NIL world. Would be so easy to get recruits to flood into his school. I think Sanders probably is in a weird spot though. In his little time coaching he already has had a big impact with HBCUs. So there probably is some pressure to stay put for him.

It's hard in college to actually succeed that way though. Which is why Rhule really didn't do much of anything in college either. His college resume was wildly overblown. Still is. I think people are rethinking that. Because in reality, all he did was win 1 conference title at Temple. That's it. That's not a great college resume. .
