Washington fans don’t seem happy and confused over it. Gotta think there is something else to it to move on from him

this dude

PJ Walker, the only winning QB of the Tepper era
-
Well, Buckner was several years. But outside of that… Most recent was Ray Ray McCloud. Horrible here but I think okay with maybe Pitt right now??! Rod Gardner was a one year guy. He come from Washington but if memory serves it didn’t go well can’t really think of anyone else

no Clemson player streak would still be unbroken. It’s drafted. We have acquired one before
-
KJ Henry is too young and talented to of been cut. That's dumb. Was a big time locker room/leader guy at Clemson. Textbook stuff there. He will be a popular add by teams.
-
What a minute. KJ Henry already been cut? Something must be going on there.

Gore had a pretty good preseason. Issue was he was in Buffalo and they spent a draft pick on a RB this year. No way for Gore to really make the roster over the drafted rookie pending something crazy. I think his stock probably has climbed post Buffalo picking him up

Panthers make moves to get to initial 53-man roster

and is Tremble still hurt? That means all it takes is 1 tweak and you can't run 2 TE sets. -

Time to go, but he is flat out a better WR than the last couple guys we kept IMO. I think they should of kept Matthews and cut one of the other WRs. -
Panthers will keep Jonathon Brooks on NFI list

Panthers knew it when they drafted him. Return to field time was talked about at length when we drafted him. People didn't want to here the numbers. He would be different. -

yep, I don't think you should extend really any RB. Maybe a rare exception here or there. Just draft them mid to late every year and build your committee like that. -

It's a contract year for Hubbard. He ran well last year. He likely gets the majority this year. We would be too likely to overpay to keep him. We should just steadily draft RBs in the draft. And people are defaulting Brooks into a #1 featured RB. Which you can't. Lot of sure fire RBs haven't panned out. -
I actually like the way XL runs vs Sanders as of right now. QB School's breakdown of BY I think brings Sanders back to down to reality.

seems like just last year we paid a RB top 10 guaranteed money (at the time)....and that nobody instantly became a backup lol watch the Panthers end up doing what they always do....continue to botch this backfield by extending Hubbard too lol -
I think Mingo and XL should take some reps in the slot. AT shouldn't own that space. Maybe let AT largely own 3rd down or something to start off the year. But I think they should mix in guy there on early downs. We should be developing WRs.

I don't know, he didn't seem slow to me. Big dude. Lot of zone out there. Think sometimes finding those holes isn't the best pure speed looks. Think once off the line he is fine. On the drop, got to think someone ran the wrong route. Jordan Matthews and his defender almost looked to be running into the general spot.

and I sort of agree on that sack play, the LG did do Icky a little dirty. He was lined up inside of Icky and the LG bailed to help the C who didn’t really need it. Maybe that’s the call and the D just had the right play called
-
His breakdown sorta brings the rookie TE down back to Earth a little.
-
So, I listened. I mean he is right on that AT play. He essentially clogs it all up. Mingo too quick running that little design with AT. Theilen was slow and couldn’t do his part on it.
-
I haven’t listen yet. But the entire NFL said AT was no longer a starting WR….he is now a role player. We chose to make the # 1 fixture in our last year and he enters as 1b this year. so, JT pretty much views him like the rest of the NFL.
-
He wasn’t actually good. He had volume. He was the best of a bad group. But overall, his production was meh…and he limits the ceiling of the O given he occupies Bryce’s go to spots/routes. we need him on the team because we got no leadership. But they need to reallocate the slot the slot reps. Need to work the young guys into it some IMO
-
I mean, he pretty much is here in Carolina because he is slow and really shouldn’t be a fixuture in an O anymore. YAC per route was actually up for him last year Thielen really should be 2003 Proehl

maybe a spot on the practice squad
