Yeah... Kids in day care stay sick. It’s unusual when something isn’t going around.

20T with zero tax revenue. That’s a very bad situation. We’d be paying interest on past debt with new debt. Yikes.

It’s true that you can get Covid through your eyes so he’s not 100% wrong...lol

It sounded like that one county was too far gone. They needed to shut it down. Meanwhile, mask usage in Charlotte is way up. Thanks Gov Cooper!

Ok ok....I fell for it. Nice troll. For everyone else, here is a quote from Gematria. “Welcome truth seeker! GematriaEffect.news is a place dedicated to spreading truth, knowledge and awareness to the masses, about Gematria, the ancient practice of coding numbers into words, a Kabbalistic practice, and how it is used by The Cabal, every single day, to contrive propaganda, rig elections, rig sports, and even murder, all for the purpose of steering the public, and not for the betterment, worldwide. The goal of this site is to shed light on who The Cabal is and help bring their tactics & tyranny to an end, while also helping people free themselves from the matrix of misinformation that is the mainstream media, which ultimately serves as a massive energy theft from the public. As dark as the subject matter can be, you will find that it is also very enlightening and empowering, and even at times fun! You will also find, the knowledge is as simple as A, B, C is 1, 2, 3.”

Dude, these alt news programs you listen to have one goal. Hook viewers/listeners and profit. They don’t care about presenting facts and reasoned arguments. All they care about is getting you to believe that they are the source of truth and everything else are lies so you’ll keep listening. Its not news, it’s infotainment. And yes, CNN etc are the same. Theyre not giving good info. They are selling you a product. Don’t buy it.

These people would have lost their sh!t in ww2. Look at the number of “ma’freedoms” that were taken away during that time. Those people back then understood the bigger picture.

That’s the thing with exponential growth. The case rate will look flat for a while until it explodes. See Houston. Here is how the country and the world will play out if masks and social distancing dont become a way of life. Exploding cases -> lockdowns -> return to ‘normal’ -> gradual case increase -> cases explode in a short period of time -> lockdowns It’s predictable. PS....Invest in businesses that can survive this dynamic.

Unfortunately, this is what it’s going to take for a lot of people.

Where is Sweden on that chart?
-
Extremely high. Almost certain at this point. The next question is, what are the odds you’ll ever return to the office? Lots of companies saying they are going to keep work from home arrangements.
-
That’s a tough situation. Working in 90+ degree heat with a mask can’t be easy.

I just read the link in his post. It said hospitalizations were up by 12 since Friday. Now that link says hospitalizations are down by 38.
-
I don’t consider +12 to be ‘soaring’, but yes it is going up. Thankfully, we’re not seeing doubling every two weeks. At least not yet.

23 Clemson football players tested positive. All are asymptomatic.

I think Cooper has been wanting to do this for a long time but knew the legislature would just pass a law reversing his order. Hopefully, he has enough cover to do it now. I’m not sure what ‘teeth’ would come in his order, but hopefully they add mask requirements to the building occupancy code. Ive been to a few businesses here in clt that require masks, and I’ve enjoyed watching idiots be turned away and kicked out.

Ingles? You in Boone or Asheville? You should have just starting coughing on her.

Not looking great. N.C. is on track for NY and NJ levels. NC = 450 cases per 100k people NY and NJ = 2000 cases per 100k people. NC could be that high in a month or two.

This person said on Facebook: “As you know we’re a group against mandatory anything”. Something tells me this person was all for mandatory curfews and dispersal orders during recent protests. Just a hunch.

The 20 mill a day comes from the idea that everyone needs to be tested once per month. 20 mill tests every week-day equals 400 mil tests a month. If you take out kids and young adults, then we could test everyone around twice a month (14 day incubation period). Its an impossible number. Even if we had the supplies, the man power to administer that many tests just isn’t there.
-
Sure, but given the risks you would think daily testing for staff would be required. It’s not that many people. Also, if a resident tests positive move them out. Lots of empty hotels out there.

Meck county now has active outbreaks at 21 elderly and congregant living facilities. Seriously, why is it so hard to protect people in these places? It’s not like these folks are out in the streets riding public transport all day.
-
Exactly. If there was a huge outbreak in Nashville or Dallas or CLT and nyc was untouched, the narrative would have been very different. The northeast centric bias in the news has always driven me nuts.

I was told that claims were auto approved if the employer doesn’t respond within 2 weeks.
