  1. Corral is very much a question mark, but I say we draft one and let them battle it out. You have to have a QB to compete and a 3rd/4th isn't a high enough investment for us to pass on one this year. Even if he becomes our backup that is a cheap backup QB IMO.
  2. That's a hole in one! Also the punter lands on that poor blocker's back as well. Someone was icing his ass all day yesterday.
  3. Icky is awesome. Us fans like to overreact sometimes….
  4. It’s odd because winning one-on-one balls was a specialty of TMJ in college. We need to get him more involved.
  5. If you look around the league half of the starters are first round picks. Burrow, Herbert, Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Fields, Rodgers, Mahomes, Jackson, Tua, Allen, Mac Jones, Daniel Jones, Murray, Lance. Plus several have first round QBs that were acquired via trade in the Rams, Lions, Commanders, Falcons (FA), and Panthers. The Steelers also drafted their future QB this year in the first. I get some of these players aren’t great, but they are starting QBs in the NFL meaning there aren’t many better options for these franchises. So the odds of getting your future starter are in drafting one in the first. A Warner or Delhomme are much more rare to come by plus we have little cap next year to try to sign one.
  6. I don't think he is a good HC, just better than what we have currently which isn't saying much. He looked good with us before as the secondary coach (and DC) when his guys were able to play man and blitz. He had Norman playing great, but I think Snow likes these soft zone schemes for whatever reason (probably because he has a linebacker playing free safety).
  7. Keeping it simple with limited personal has to be a Rhule thing. Maybe he isn't smart enough to understand the more complex schemes so he has his OCs dumb it down? I don't know but he is the common denominator as you stated. The interim should be Wilks IMO and let Sean Ryan call the offense.
  8. We would need to fix/revamp our entire offensive scheme. Honestly I'm not sure it's all on McAdoo as every OC looks bad under Rhule. It makes me wonder if he is putting his stamp on each offense these OCs are bringing in. We need to start adding presnap motions and rotating in other weapons throughout the game, get Higgins some catches, design some plays for DJ etc... We have the talent to be decent on offense we are just lacking the execution IMO.
  9. https://www.sportsmockery.com/chicago-bears/chicago-bears-reportedly-scouring-the-wr-trade-market/ Too little too late Chicago.... Don't get me wrong Fields has been awful, but try to give the man a weapon and some protection to get a better evaluation. Yeah that "loaded" class is looking rough right now. Lawrence and maybe Mills are looking like the best 2??? yuck...
  10. I have nothing against him. He checks most boxes. The small school thing worries me a little and I don't think his arm as a strong as Young, Levis, and Ward, but arm strength obviously isn't everything...

  12. Ken Dorsey isn’t that experienced, has inherited an offense from a top OC, and has arguably the best QB in the league to work with. I don’t get what the hype is with him?
  13. We have played some bottom tier teams. If Buffalo or the Chiefs played us we would see how far off we really are.
  14. Yeah he also has a better rating against the Saints defense this year.
  15. Doug Pederson has the Jags playing great already. Good coaches can get results fast.
  16. I can totally see him playing well under another coach for another team.
