  1. It makes sense why Young and AR got their own individual days for QB visits and Stroud/Levis came on the same day while we were also doing press conferences.
  2. I’m sure Stroud could care less what some people on a message board are saying about him. I still think he will be a good QB in the NFL and he might fall into a better situation honestly.
  3. The first player you named wasn’t even on the roster last year. It was the Bryce Young show you are just having some issues accepting him.
  4. We have Dalton as the vet and Corral as the young project. I think we should be set at QB. Eason and Corral will battle it out for the practice squad unless we roll with 3 QBs.
  5. Athens is a great city. Several of my high school friends went there. I’m an Auburn fan/alum myself so I understand the loyalty. UGA has been crushing it though so congrats!
  6. His opinion is Young’s arm strength is inadequate. I disagree. He also thought Cam wasn’t a good draft prospect and made McNabb look like Manning. I also disagree with that. You even posted a video about him being right about Manziel. Don’t get mad when I show articles where he was wrong as well. I’m just glad we didn’t listen to him and drafted Cam, aren’t you?
  7. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/stetson-bennett-qb-georgia-nfl-draft-scouting-report-2023/amp/ https://www.si.com/college/georgia/news/espn-stetson-bennett-might-go-undrafted I get your are a UGA fan, but Bryce (#1 pick) and Bennett (might go undrafted) are polar opposites as NFL prospects. He obviously has nothing to prove in college as he won 2 championships, but even with that his NFL career is backup at best.
  8. Oh you didn’t hear. This thread apparently isn’t about the guy whose name is on the subject line and whose opinion they are basing all of this on. That’s at least what I was told??
  9. When a play breaks down or when he is pressured, Young excels. Bennett does not. Bennett needs his pocket and his huge ass TEs. UGA wanted to run it down their opponents throats then let Bennett keep the defense honest. Bennett the weakest link on UGA’s offense and Young was the biggest strength of Alabama’s offense. Basically polar opposites in regards to their offenses.
  10. That is very specific because Auburn has to be .500. Mac Jones loss to them. Gus pretty much beat them every 1 to 3/4 games. Plus this is all for nothing as Alabama still won. Close wins happen all the time. Again when it’s a rivalry game you can throw all bets out the window. Auburn’s defense was playing on fire that game…
  11. Change the subject then. The first two words are his name and these are his thoughts. I’m simply sharing the “shortcomings” of Cam mentioned by the same person. If that hurts your narrative I apologize.
  12. https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/918508-cam-newton-what-the-experts-were-saying-then-versus-now.amp.html In the article, Hoge said athletically, he might be a 12, but "as a quarterback he's probably pushing around a four." Hoge went on to say, "Donovan [McNabb] would be a Kurt Warner compared to Cam Newton as far as accuracy goes." "The only word I can use after watching four games is atrocious," he said. "You never know where that ball will end up. In fact, he was more of a runner than he ever was a passer." Well Hoge couldn't have been more further from the truth, which has led to him now saying that Newton has been 'mind boggling' and that he "has been most impressed with Newton's willingness to stay in the pocket and go through his pass progressions rather than taking off running at the first opportunity."
  13. He is embarrassing me as a Fields fan!
  14. Concussions happen from being small? While couldn't Oher and Dan Morgan just get bigger damn it?!?
  15. Respectable, but makes him an outlier! Kentucky QB is also an outlier. Personally I like his dance moves....
  16. No QB that drinks coffee with mayo has shown success in the NFL.
  17. Greg Olsen and Steve Smith were great in the SEC.
  18. Pretty spot on. Next up is playing the victim.
