You don’t put your 1st round pick on the practice squad unless you are prepared to lose him. I think we would roll with 3 QBs (like the Eagles are) if this happens.

Unless Wilks had a great OC (which he apparently didn't) Allen probably wouldn't have worked out. Also I wonder if he pushes for Richardson if he is our coach next year. He is the most Allen-like of the group.

Is Sam Bradford worse than Sam Darnold? Because Rhule won 5 with Sam Darnold... Bradford has about a 41.4% win percentage in the NFL. He isn't good, but he isn't a QB that leads you to the worst record in the league. I'm using examples of veteran QBs who could have used vs this rookie that struggled so much. I just think we can do better than a coach with a current win percentage of 26.1%. If that's what you want you have your bar set too low... 2017 Cardinals 8-8. Wilks takes over and they go 3-13. It's not like he had a terrible roster. Kirk, David Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Budda Baker, Hasson Reddick, Patrick Peterson, Chandler Jones, Antoine Bethea.... That shouldn't be a last place team.

Give me a break. He came in clean up duty against the Bengals and moved the ball against their prevent defense. Our OL actually doesn't suck and DJ Moore looked good again last week. These players need a good HC that can get the best out of them. Rhule had them playing terrible and now Wilks has them playing serviceable and we think he is the next best thing. I'd prefer a coach that get the MOST out of his players. Baker look much better in Cleveland. You also go to a power run game when you don't know offense and want to lean on your defense to win games. It's what Rivera always wanted to do. It's why WIlks is Rivera 2.0....

We have played this game with QBs like Darnold. Oh his OL was bad and he had a bad HC. Let's give him another chance instead of someone else their first chance. It doesn't usually end well... He had Bradford and Glennon as other options aside from Rosen. Did they suck too? Sure, but he only won 3 games. It was the lowest number of wins since 2000 for that franchise. Even Rhule managed to win 5 games with shitty QBs.

Yeah Rosen was a first round pick his staff couldn't develop or didn't scout very well. Baker has looked no better with him as he did Rhule. So what's your point? Also aren't you supposed to be banned??

I think both he and Richardson were playing injured later in the year. Both teams kind of “nerfed” their QBs with their game plans. I also noticed both were much slower getting up from hits as well.

Maybe not, but like him or not some team is going to freak out at his combine skills. If he somehow falls out of the first, someone will grab him early in the second.

Yeah the UT game kind of dropped his status a little. He had a lot going against him OL, OC, WR etc…

No he isn’t Cam at all. Cam came out the gates hit with a 400 yard passing game week one as a rookie. We would either need to let AR sit for a minute or really simplify the offense at first leaning on his athletic ability.

The brief times I have viewed a Stanford game he was constantly having to avoid pressure and either dumping it off or throwing it away. Maybe there were better games, but it might be hard to get a read on him because they didn't have much around him.
