But but but … he’s too small, no arm strength, game manager lol
-
We get almost no YAC on our completions
-
Who wouldn’t against this defense
-
I don’t know why Falcons just don’t run it every time
-
Been a fan since 1996, this is the worst Panthers defense I have ever seen

Bryce Young post benching if it were a full season worth of stats.

Numbers are numbers, now you want to talk about arm talent. Accuracy and anticipation too you know. But when it’s about Bryce you don’t want to hear about how he’s different from Teddy as a playmaker type of QB -

By that standard Cam had Teddy numbers too. -

How many “big time throws” did Teddy have? Lol I never saw even one pass like what Bryce has been doing since he came back -
Yes it’s reported that Kyle Shannahan really didn’t want to let Darnold go but he couldn’t offer him the starting job over Purdy.

We shall see, I think he is on the right trajectory but at the very least it means we don’t have to waste another draft pick or free agent signing, can focus on building out the rest of the roster -

Just shows QB development is not a linear path especially when you’re on badly run organizations. Credit to Morgan and Canales for benching him. -

If you would have told me this would be his second year numbers after the disastrous rookie season I would have taken it as promising sign of development. Of course this means he’s about half a season behind on that trajectory which he will need to make up next year. I hope he does the things this offseason to ensure a fast start next year when expectations will be higher. -
I guess I always thought it was a figure of speech until now. Kevin O’Connell proves he is an actual QB whisperer and has helped Sam Darnold achieve his full potential. I would love to hear what the conversation sounds like with Canales and Bryce

I feel like running backs are the easiest position to evaluate in terms of how a player will translate into the NFL. You at least have a better chance drafting a running back in those late rounds.
-
I’m ok with one extension for a RB you draft while you groom the next one to take over as RB1
-
Especially when it’s one of the deepest positions in the draft
-
A late round pick Einstein or you think RB depth just grows on trees
-
I like it but I think we can get him in 7th round.
-
Ok who do you think will be available on Day 3?
-
Oh yes we saw how that worked out last week against one of the worst defenses in football. GTFOH
-
With Brooks likely unavailable until 2026, we need someone to back up Chuba. Bucs got Bucky in the 4th in what was not a deep draft for running backs. I think this year it may be worth spending a late round pick. It should be a deep draft? Who do you think will be available in which round? Who do you want?

We saw what this defense looked like last week, Baker had his career best game. He is a baller and needs to get paid.
-
Exactly, Bryce is a growth stock right now compared to someone like Stroud whose growth slowed down this year but he is still offering solid dividends (e.g. playoffs) and his overall price is still much higher.

Not sure about Abdul Carter just yet...

Same, we could use more picks
