    Day-to-day? Yeah, he's apparently stepped back, but he hired a rookie HC and promoted the AGM of the GM he fired for being horrible. Correct, the damage was already done. At this point, we need nearly a clean slate.

    If I didn't know better, I would think Tepper was intentionally trying to sabotage this franchise. Everything he does is the opposite of the Midas touch...instead of turning into gold, it turns to crap.

    Bryce is who he is and I know it's only game one, but at his utmost potential we are a .500 team. That's not going to cut it. I know that, a lot of other Panthers fans knows that, but the front office refuses acknowledge that because they keep doubling--tripling down on past errors. It's the Panthers way.

    This is what happens when a team spends resources to prop up a mediocre QB just to save face at the expense of an already historically bad defense.

    Supposedly STs came into play as well from a source I found online. Basically non-starters have to play STs and either Hunter couldn't or wouldn't. So if you are a backup, you have to play STs.

    For all the shade thrown at the Panthers for cutting Renfrow, if he has to 'talk over' if he wants to play in the NFL or not, then it should tell you that either the man's heart or health is not up to the task. Either way, it looks like cutting him initially was the right move. it gives him time to figure out if he feels like playing in the most exclusive sports League in the world.

    It seems that Baker Mayfield is a king maker lately. Dude's are getting lucrative jobs off his performance. Didn't we cut some QB named Baker Mayfield a few years ago?

    ...nor should they. Cuts form other teams have more name recognition than theses guys do. Not only will these guys not make our PS, probably nobody else's either.
