    If we get our qb at 8 and are thinking about trading up for another player, it better be an OL that is worth a damn. We can get a late round te if we want one from the draft.

    If we miss out on a QB I really don't care what we do with the pick. Take bpa, trade back, whatever. I doubt many teams will be looking to trade to 8 if all the qbs are gone. We can want to trade back all we want, but someone has to want to trade up.

    Lets see civil cases aim to acquire money. Criminal cases seek to punish the individual.

    Unless something changes this is a civil lawsuit. If he loses he only pays monetary fees, no jail time. This is not a criminal case.
