See how the remaining 6 games for the Bills turn out. Unless you fall into a Purdy situation it doesn't really make any sense not to see what Bryce can do with a new system. That being said, I definitely feel he can be successful with the right coach.

100%. I'm not sure anyone who is not already on staff will want this job after 2 HC fired mid season back to back. Unfortunately, it needs to happen but it is a bad look. I do think Evero + right OC + new GM + Bryce can and will work however so it isn't all bad.

I am normally against this, but this is the rare case it makes sense. Evero could be a prime HC candidate and he is in house. Give him 6 games
