He is hyper-dependent on the talent around him to make plays for him because he can't do it himself, hence why he won't throw it downfield. Thats a game manager. That's not a franchise QB.

Someone literally just said if he was having the game he was having today for us, we would be losing our poo. That right there is why we wouldn't be... because he can make plays to atone for the mistakes. Bryce is only capable of the gamechanging mistakes - not the game-winning plays.

I think it's becoming more and more crystallized that the "smooth brain contingent" are those that keep making excuses for this sorry ass organization. Frank's playcalling sucks, but so does Bryce. He took a sack on 3rd down. He has countless audibles that led to delay of games in 3 games this season. He was responsible for recognizing the extra blitzer and looked dead at him, knew he was coming, and then let him strip the ball that was then returned for a TD and gave them the lead. Frank isn't responsible for those decisions. But Frank is horrible.
