  1. Why tf was Wonnum in coverage? The way he was moving and looking, they should never do that again.
  2. Yeah, this ref crew is either anti- Panthers, or they’re just really shitty at their jobs.
  3. Yeah, that 52 looks a lot different than the 52 from the last two years lol
  4. That RTP was weak as hell. I have a feeling these refs just aren’t very good.
  5. Idk why he wasn’t playing a lot more before. AShawn has been good this year, but BB was considered a really quality signing when we got him, and I figured he would be a great complement to DB.
  6. I hope we can bring a playoff game to BoA. The last 8 years or so has destroyed fan morale, but making it this year would do a ton in the way of healing.
  7. The refs really hijacked the game with those PI calls.
  8. I’m still here, and I would still take what he does 100 out of 100 times as a rookie over what Bryce has been for the majority of 3 years. The first pick was tough as it looked like the throw was there but Shedeur didnt layer the throw with enough touch. They buff blitzed and the rusher dropped so, I’m not sure he saw him, rookie mistake. The second one, he threw a beautiful back shoulder throw (immediately after a completed eep 30+ yarder), hit Jeudy dead in the chest and he tried to body catch it, popped off and then Jaylon Johnson picked it off, so that wasn’t his fault. I didn’t see number three that well, but that one just looked like a bad throw. Also, if I’m not mistaken, the Bears are tops in the league in takeaways. Shedeur pushes the ball and he’s a rookie. We’ve spent 2+ seasons begging Bryce to just try. The Bears are a good, opportunistic team. Bad games happen. *shrug*
  9. I don’t know if he’s betting on games, but if not, he’s just a giant fuging buckethead, walking brain fart of a receiver.
  10. NFL stepping in for the Bills. I said before the season, I thought they were gonna make this Josh or Lamar’s redemption arc and we’d be their patsy in the Super Bowl. I would love to just win it all instead though.
  11. I definitely think the situation dictates some of it. I also think Steichen’s familiarity with Rivers has a lot to do with it. But I also think the point remains… they have multiple young QBs on their roster and still chose to sign Rivers. So some of it isn’t so much to do with where all of the young QBs are, but more to do with there aren’t many worth their salt coming out of college to begin with. If you have two QBs under 25 on your roster and still choose to sign a 44 year old guy who hasn’t played in 5 years, that speaks volumes (and I know AR is still considered injured, but I’ve read they also just aren’t in a hurry or being him back).
  12. These Allen/Maye matchups are gonna be a lot of fun the next few years.
  13. Yeah. I don’t remember what site it was… might’ve been the athletic, but I saw an article about why the Colts signing Rivers was so damning for young QBs, and it was basically saying it demonstrates the amount of confidence organizations have in the 25-and-under crop of QBs. It is further evidence that what’s happening prior to the pros is not conducive to developing QBs for the pros. They can’t read defenses. And I have to agree… overall, with a few exceptions like Maye, so many teams have over reached for franchise guys and so many are busting - not even turning out average, but just flat out sucking.
