  1. I mean imagine this is your dad. Playing 2 professional sports and strong arming MLB and NFL teams. He was a superhero. What other kind of perspective can he offer? This is a great watch btw.
  2. The point is that evaluating his season is more nuanced than reaching a statistical milestone. One year ago I wouldn't have necessarily been upset with ~50 catches/500 yards/4 TDs for XL. But in context, he underperformed given the volume of snaps and targets. And we all saw his issue with alligator arms. The context is what matters. Does he become the #1 target? Does overall offensive production increase or stay the same? Are there reasons for that outside his control ie injuries to other positions, regression by teammates, etc.
  3. What if he gets 800 yards and 10 TDs? Is that a bad year?
  4. The stuff online seems to all mention that he's been disappointing in pass coverage. His PFF grades look good, but his pass rating allowed when targeted last year was 109.6. That seems kinda high. Something going on there. Even Josey Jewell's was 92.3, and I thought he was bad in coverage.
  5. The NFL should have someone prank call the son and offer him an internship as part of an NFL front office.
  6. Yea I have it. When it flares it can be very severe. I had an extended hospitalization a couple years ago and it took a while to recover. Can’t imagine trying to deal with that as a pro athlete. It’s hard enough as a desk jockey.
  7. Watching Pesce wish everyone luck, it seems like he’ll be back in a Canes uniform at some point.
  8. You could tell Aho was trying to put the team on his back at times throughout the game. Good to see him get the winner.
  9. It was too far off the natural follow through path
  10. We need Slavin to body block all the pucks on net.
  11. I went to the store. Probably the greatest catalyst for any team I root for.
  12. I mean it's not that insane. Moss' best days were behind him and he wanted a new contract. They acquired Randy Moss for a 4th rounder, and then got a 3rd from Minnesota when they were done with him.
  13. I don't know. I think a lot of those TD catches get eyeballs on Hunter no matter what. He was spectacular as a receiver. Playing both ways squeezed the most value out of him as a player for Colorado to win games. I think it was more about that.
  14. Reliving his college career through Hunter lol
