    3 of the final 4 coaches were young inexperienced coordinators. Thats the trend in the nfl. Go back to past playoffs and look at the other coaches.

    When I was hiring for lab projects years ago I couldnt find the right guys because they were a bunch of chemistry nerds who were anti social. My boss at the time just said "look at their body of work and go from there". I get being a nfl coach is way different then being a chemist but if they have had success lean on that and go from there

    If he doesnt want to come he doesnt want to come. And earlier I was just taking everyones word that he gave a "bad interview" but the source BA says otherwise So yeah if he doesnt want to come at all no sense in waiting, might as well hire reich to save face asap "he was the guy all along yada yada yada"

    Like I said I am fine with Reich, but based on his history I know what I am in store for, which I guess in nfl terms is fine
