According to Darnold fans and apologists ALL he needs is a good line. So I am not preparing for the miserable season. I am preparing for a 13 win, Super Bowl winning season with Darnold winning MVP.

Last year he was worse when he had time. I don’t understand you people who think all Darnold needs is a good line to be a good QB. If he was a good QB he could rise above a bad o-line. He hasn’t. A good line isn’t gonna make him a good QB.

Donte has some bad games every season. Unfortunately most of those bad games are REALLY BAD games. With him getting burnt to a crisp. I also didn’t like the signing but I understand why they did it. Donte can be solid and they can focus on other positions then DB. But yeah, there should a pot to see how long before he gets injured.

Two offensive linemen come to mind for me.

Guy looked great during practice last year as well. Problems was when game time happened he fell apart. There is a part of him that just panics and he keeps playing hero ball and doing a boneheaded things.

Rhule said as much during the season. Don’t remember what game it was after but he said that this wasn’t happening last year. He was referring to us at least being competitive in 2020 and not being constantly blown out like in 2021.
