Teddy literally played exactly the same as he played with the Saints and with the Vikings. The weird offseason is a pointless excuse. He isn’t a good QB.

I mean I got better stuff to do on Sunday. Like anything other then watching Treadwater. Watching football is a luxury and on I don’t need. Especially when the products is getting worse and worse. Treadwater will always hold this team back.

Whelp. Guess my Sundays got freed up. I could tolerate watching Bridgewater if his replacement was behind him. But I’ll be damned if I watch this terrible QB be the only option in 2021. Thanks for nothing Hurney. Screw this team.

I just find the timing of this crap very suspect.

It feels like we are now doing what we should of done last year. Panthers are terrible at rebuilding, or Marty thought if we got to the playoffs he would still be here. Either way Bridgewater's contract is holding this team back almost as much as he holds back the team in the field. We would have, what, 60+ million if we had of went with Allen or Grier and probably a top 3 pick. It is hard to be a Panthers fan.

2021 season has the potential to be really rough. Teams now have tape on the defense and Teddy, if he is still here. We may have another top 10 pick.

Why would I? If they don’t get a QB in the first round then we aren’t getting a QB period. Mac Jones and Mond are not franchise QBs they are low end starters at most.

So you would rather take a chance of being by stuck with Treadwater then assuring a top QB in TD draft. I hope we trade up if it seems like we cannot get Lance or Watson. It doesn’t reek of desperation if they get the QB they want. 2022 QB crop looks terrible. We need a QB this draft. No excuses.

Yes it did. His arm was okay. You just want to fit a narrative. He did NOT struggle to throw beyond 5 yards. He was fine.

He lasted all this season, besides the games missed by covid. His arm looked fine.

Very cool. Can’t wait to play him.

Whatever you say man. He has done some stupid things this past year. So I am within my rights to think he is an idiot until proven wrong. If he thinks Teddy can win us Championships he is an idiot. This isn’t college. You need quality players to win a championship. You can’t coach up a bunch of no names and expect to win. That may work in college but not the NFL.

I know. You are right. But it doesn’t feel good when it seems like our coach is an idiot who can’t tell when a player will hold the team back no matter what you do. As I said I would have preferred Matt not say anything.

I get not damaging an asset but does he want to keep pissing off the fanbase by saying “Teddy is our Quarterback”. I wish he’d just keep him mouth shut about the whole ordeal. Teddy isn’t the answer and if Rhule thinks he can be a franchise QB then Rhule is an idiot.

Well then it looks like it is Teddy for another year if we can’t get a rookie QB, freaking thanks Rivera. Because Mitch and Teddy are two sides of the same coin. No free agent QBs are worth bringing in. Because no free agent QBs are an upgrade over Treadwater. We are gonna be stuck in QB limbo for a long time if we don’t get a QB this draft. Because, even though I think we will be bad next season, I don’t think we will be drafting high enough to get a QB next season, even if Treadwater starts. But I could be wrong.
