My point is that there are 32 head coaches, all of which in the same high pressure job. But none of the other coaches look like they are as stressed out and defeated as the coaches under Tepper. These guys look like they are in the last week of BUDS at a certain point.

I know coaching in the NFL is a 24/7 job but got damn….what the hell is going on behind the scenes in Carolina?? The last few coaches since Tepper took over look like they just got out of Nam at a certain point. Canales is starting to get that look….like he spent the night in a Tepper’s office strapped to a chair with megadeath blasting and strobe lights flashing. I remember when Reich started looking glossed over and like he was ready to jump off a bridge. Rhule reached a point where he looked like he slept in a ditch. Anyways, there is a pattern that has formed when they’ve all gotten the I don’t give AF anymore look with bags under their eyes that is synonymous with Carolina under Tepper. It’s starting with Canales.

Mike Green must have some serious issues. PFF had him as the 10th ranked player overall.

All I heard all off-season was how dope our coaching staff was. I wasn’t wild about the Reich hire but I heard from everyone that the entire staff in Carolina was all an allstar squad. WTF happened to Josh McCown?? To Jim Caldwell?? Fugging haven’t heard Duce’s name once since the season started. Is Don Capers still in the building?? For having so many “future head coaches” on this team, we sure do play some of the most uninspiring football that I’ve seen…maybe ever since I’ve been following this team. Ding Dong Dave is shelling out a FORTUNE to this winless staff…..hahaha.

I mentioned that above but even if you throw that out, they still have a loaded roster. Even if they whiffed on Purdy and had Jamarcus Russell on their team at QB, their roster is loaded.

Watching this Niners game and it’s night and day how well run their personnel is. Their roster is LOADED!! Same salary cap we are operating with and our team looks like a high school team compared to these guys. Linebackers looking dope. D line getting pressure. Loaded on offense. Great coaching definitely helps but my god….we are sooooooooo far behind being competitive with the top tier teams. Same. Fugging. Salary. Cap. And they are coming off the heels of one of the worst trades for Trey Lance of all time. Maybe there’s hope but Fitt has to go.

I get it but us drafting him is water under the bridge. I hated the pick too. But god damn….special teams should be a place for an athletic freak regardless if he’s going to pan out as a pass rusher. Why the F isn’t he even playing special teams?! Why is no one asking questions about him in the media?
