I just don't know what McAdoo is doing with these screens. Mayfield delivered an excellent long ball to Tremble who dropped it and even if he caught it, Chubba fuged us. McAdoo is fuging horrible and shouldn't even be allowed near a high school football team.

Baker really hasn't done anything wrong so far. The play calling has been garbage, dropped passes, and our run game isn't going well. McAdoo is the one calling the same screen plays over and over.

I still think Baker can be a good, serviceable quarterback. I don't think he can be the quarterback that could win a shootout against high scoring offenses like the Chiefs. He needs an elite defense behind him. I could see us offering him 2 yr/ 25- 30 million, take it or leave.

He looked pretty good against the Cinci 1st team while they were left in. Dropped a dime on 4th down for a TD in between defenders. PJ isn't doing that and Darnold isn't either. He's not awful as this sub has makes him appear to be. He played his worst football under Rhule just like every other player has. Rhule also did him no favors by not playing Bozeman or trying to run the ball with Foreman.
