    It's one of 32 NFL GM jobs in the world. If you're applying for a job at that level you back yourself to be a success at it. The problem the Panthers have is that if you're applying for multiple NFL GM jobs the Panthers opening will be at the bottom of your list, so we won't get the perceived 'best' GM this offseason.

    Well he's going to force the next HC to play Young at this rate. It's clear he's miles away from being an NFL QB - we have to move on from him. He's the biggest NFL bust of all time.

    Someone needs to tell Tepper that Young is a sunk cost and we need to immediately move on from him.

    Honestly, nobody they could hire would make me happy at this point. We're at least two 'prove-it' years away from me getting emotionally invested in this dumpster fire again.

    I loved the suggestion that Tepper should have to announce the Bears' first overall pick. Give him his £300k back for throwing the drink, that should be his punishment.

    Anyone that signed off on the Bryce Young trade and pick needs to be fired - and this comes from a Miami Hurricanes fan.

    Why would they take Draft picks? They'll fine him and force him to make a mealy mouthed apology and it'll be brushed under the rug.

    You don't buy a football team if you're content to slink off to your own private island. He wants the publicity, the ego massaging.

    They'll force him to apologise and pay a fine - that's it. You've also got to remember that Tepper is an arsehole. If the NFL somehow force him to sell (over something else) you know he's going to want to double his money.

    The NFL would make him sell before they allowed him to move the team.

    If he was 6'5" and still didn't have an NFL arm fans would hate him too. I think most fans are now rooting for him to fail catastrophically so the Front Office will move on from him quickly now. There is no hope with Young as the starting QB.

    Any HC that comes in and says "Yeah I'll give Bryce a year" absolutely does not have my backing. It's clear as day he's not an NFL QB. Go bring in a Free Agent and stop the bleeding.

    There won't be any fans left to watch the new QB play - this franchise is genuinely at a tipping point. It's a fairweather, bandwagon fan base at the best of times - multiple embarrassing seasons will kill the team.
