I love Hurts. He's an incredible player and more importantly an incredible leader. The amount of work he has put in not only in the weight room but improving his passing ability is incredible and should be a shining example for every young player out there. I wish we had drafted him.

It's not about racism and I don't think that's why everyone is mad. He did an incredible job with players he didn't pick, offensive and defensive schemes he didn't pick. An incomplete staff he didn't pick. Losing his only weapon. His best QB being on IR and key injuries. What he pulled off was incredible and quite simply why people should be angry he didn't get the job.

It all sucks. It's terrible football and the only reason it's moving it's way in is because HS and college coaches being lazy about their job. Kids are coming into the nfl unable to run a real offense.

People are rightfully angry that Steve wasn't hired.

If you execute in an uptempo offense yes you can score but your D wears out just as bad as a run team that doesn't score and gets 3 and outs. Up tempo is definitely a double edged sword. You can have a balanced offense that keeps the other team off the field.

Not if you execute.

Up tempo hurts your defense and gives guys like Mahomes, Brady, Burrow more possessions. That's not a great recipe

I want to run and use play action I don't want up tempo. I want a 60/40 run/pass ratio
