I agree. But watching both play, i think stroud is the better prospect coming out. Stats aren’t THE reason, but i do think it does shows in the stats that he is better so i just chose to post that i guess.

I wouldn’t say “near identical” his stats are clearly better but im also not talking about stats alone. Just didn’t wanna over post by adding all sorts of stuff. But watching them both play as well, Stroud is better. *warning*These are the opinions of a drunk fan.

I understand the whole “Ohio State QB… Ewww…” thing but Stroud has looked much better than Fields as a college prospect IMO

I mean I wouldn’t go as far as to say Tepper isn’t smart. He just was in over his head. He thought it was as easy as giving Matt Rhule whatever he wanted and it’ll work because Rhule told him it would. I’m not fully out on Tepper until I see his next hire. But I do dislike mostly everything I’ve seen from his first what 3 years here. I have to say this felt very jerry jones/jason garrett like though (well obviously worse as rhule lost more, but owner HC relationship wise)

Oh okay, I didn’t see that. Im not that big on fitterer personally. I don’t think he’s terrible, but I don’t think he’s great either. But i’d rather tepper have some help than no help. Don’t want him getting fooled with another 7 year plan.

You’re basically saying keep Rhule until the end of the season to secure the #1 pick? I mean i don’t see how us playing the rest of the season with an interim coach would jeopardize us picking high. We just aren’t winning many games this year.

I mean idk if i can give you a reason that is good enough for YOU. My level of hope is based on whether he is picking the next coach with help or by his self.

I mean im mot fighting for ken dorsey to be our guy but people thinking he hasn’t gained any experience or learned/changed things since being a QB coach is wild… if that’s what y’all are implying. I want a little more experience but I wouldn’t be mad if we interviewed the guy. But i do have others higher on my list of candidates.
