  1. Is there an embarassment emoji reaction because now I feel bad for calling you out. Regardless, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. It's all good.
  2. "Roughing the Passer.....DEFENSE..." - Ref Get ready to hear that a ton.
  3. okay that's fair. But the Refs have played a role nonetheless in "assisting" Brady here and there over the years.
  4. Same. He needs to be forced out of the league. There can't be TRUE PARITY if the League and the referees are actively carrying Brady over the finish line EVERY F*CKING YEAR.
  5. You're right. It must've been some other poster named trueblade. You must be very smart 'cause you suck at "playing dumb".
  6. He was trying to be aggressive and thought he had TMJ(I think) for a TD but didn't put enough OOMPH on the throw., Sometimes it's better to overthrow your receiver than underthrow it. As it turns out, he was very fortunate that our Special Teams (Nice job, Matos) came up with a HUGE blocked FG and it resulted in Sam marching the team down the field and throwing a TD to put the team up 21-10 at that point. Sadly, it was all downhill from there.
  7. When I saw they were not going for it, I knew we weren't going to win. I mean...these games ARE the Panthers Playoffs here. Win or Go home, so to speak. They seemed to have forgotten that and now...They're going to be home after next week. It should've been 4-down territory (all hands on deck) at that point. You had Foreman (a freight train), Hubbard (who is can make the first tackle miss), and even Sam who could QB Sneak with the best of them... Going conservative is the same as a Prevent Defense : It Prevents you from winning. And kicking the FG instead of going for a TD? Yeah....I did not like that call at all either. You get the TD, then who knows how things shake out....maybe the Bucs call a different offensive play and the Panthers stop them? Maybe one of the other Bucs players fumbles the ball and the panthers recover?
  8. Well Sam did alright (for the most part anyway). It was Wilks who failed to make the proper adjustments in-game that were needed. Like putting a safety over the top on Evans who just burned them TWICE for a TD.
  9. Bottom Line : Jaycee Horn's injury came at the absolute WORST TIME EVER. Had he (and Deontay) been healthy, I really believe one or both of them make a big defensive play that would ultimately have led to a victory.
  10. He's 25, not 35. And I don't care for purposely losing but if they start PJ, you just watch that they'll win anyway. lol
  11. Zach Wilson provides zero "silver linings".
  12. So why watch Regular season NFL games then if all our main focus is getting high Draft picks? And even if we got High Draft picks, Fitterer would just trade down a billion times again...
  13. The fumbles really torpedoed the team in the end. No denying that. Wish our Defense could've not allowed the Bucs to march down the field at will throughout the game, though.
  14. Hey @trueblade, you have something to say instead of pooing my post?
  15. Should be an interesting call next week as to who will QB. If we see PJ out there, then we know the Tank is on. But then PJ throws for 3 TDs. You know that's going to happen, right?
  16. B*tching about the lousy division and how the Panthers don't deserve this or that is just being plain whiny. It's almost like you hated that the Panthers were somehow "in it" when you would rather they were just playing out the string. I guess some enjoy the Pointless-ness of lost seasons.
  17. Then why were you still watching all this time? Shouldn't you have stopped watching the moment Rhule was fired and the season was lost? Hell...why were you watching at all then? Rhule should've been fired a long time ago
  18. okay but as I just said before in another post : Isn't Sam auditioning for a job himself? He's a "young guy" as well, don't forget.
  19. man... "groom a rookie" sounds so bad. I get what you mean, though...
  20. So you're upset that the team rallied around him, played hard, and gave panthers fans some meaningful football this late in the season to watch?
  21. Isn't Sam supposed to be auditioning for a job, though? He is a Free Agent after this season. In retrospect (and hindsight), that stupid decision by Fitterer to pick up Sam's 5th year option may have saved his NFL career that was fast heading toward a wash-out from the league like a Jamarcus Russell or Ryan Leaf.
  22. Sorry but if there is any sliver of a chance that the Saints get into the playoffs (however remote), I'd rather it not be on our expense. F-CK 'EM!
  23. To bump this thread up : If he is re-signed (hopefully to just backup money), I would not be surprised if he starts next season while we draft a young QB who would sit, watch, and learn about the NFL game. I mean...having a young QB just start right off the bat straight out of College doesn't often translate into success.
